The hilly surroundings are perfect for hiking and cycling—a bike can be conveniently rented at the petrol station just 1 km away. Despite the peaceful natural setting, you’re well connected: the A7 motorway is only 7 minutes away, and both Eckernförde and Rendsburg are around 12 km away. Eckernförde offers a long sandy beach, numerous restaurants, and a popular fish market every first Sunday of the month. Public transport is also within walking distance.
