「Die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft im Haus sind super. Bei der Auswahl und Reservierung von Restaurants im Ort bzw. in der Umgebung wurde sehr hilfsbereit Unterstützung angeboten. Auch die Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung waren super hilfreich. Das Frühstück auf dem Zimmer kann ich nur empfehlen. Immer wieder gerne.」

「Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Vor allem hat man eine große Auswahl an Pools, wo man immer ein ruhiges Plätzchen finden kann. Auch mein Zimmer wurde regelmässig gereinigt. Leider hat das Bad eine Regendusche, die aber direkt vor der Toilette hängt. Somit wird das ganze Bad zur "Dusche" und ich konnte nur mit Flip Flops duschen. Ansonsten ist das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis/Leistung stimmt und das Essen auch.」

「The hotel is under construction while they sell online rooms. We booked on 29th of May and till 5th July they did not even inform us regarding the fact that they will not provide accomondation. We reached the hotel after our reservation driving 1 hour from Rethymno town and they did not even apologize for not having an available room for our reservation.」
