One storey house located on the high point of the mountain of Kozjak in an isolated area in the green, surrounded by beautiful garden of olive trees and lines of vegetables and fruits kept by their owner with love. Jump into the pool, relax among the cherry trees and enjoy your private holiday in the fresh air where all you can hear is birds chirping. Relax in the evening on the terrace with a view onto the Split city lights and see why this property is popularly called ""Beverly Klis".
This house has a sentimental story and it is dear to the hearts of its owners. You can feel the peaceful energy as soon as you get there and immediately feel relaxed as you breathe in the fresh air. This house is the highest located of all the houses on the hill of Mount Kozjak on the private location which means that it is peaceful and all you can hear basically is birds chirping.
The house is ideal for a family or for 5-6 people, consisting of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. It has just been modernly designed and fully equipped. You can relax on a spacious balcony and gaze at the city lights while enjoying either your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The guests have their private swimming pool to enjoy. While relaxing in the swimming pool the view spreads between the olive and cherry trees onto the city of Split. The guests can also relax in the garden or orchard, where they can freely help themselves with the seasonal fruit and vegetables and prepare a meal in a fully equipped and modern kitchen. The guests will be served with homemade high-quality virgin oil produced from the olives here from the olive garden.
Although the house is ain remote and off the main road you can easily get to the town centre 5 minutes by car. Klis is a small town with big history famous for its fort and everything you need is in the centre (i.e. grocery shop, post office, pharmacy, cafe and a restaurant). It is recommended to visit the famous fort. However, if you want to visit Split it is only 15 min (9km) by car away where you can go sightseeing or spend the night out or go to the beach.
The house is equipped with basic groceries and washing and cleaning products.
