「The apartment was modern and comfortable, but wear and tear needs to be addressed. The freezer below the fridge leaked water onto the floor. When we asked for it to be fixed, a non-English speaking gentleman arrived and concluded with the following word: "Service". The problem was that no service was done during our stay, so we stayed there for ten days with a leaking freezer and a towel to stop the flowing over the floor. Management did nothing to fix the leak.」

「It was a quite traumatic check in, only helped by the concierge of another property. The apartment was in a great location for restaurants and the tram system. The television was unusable and the plug had to be pulled out because it couldn’t be turned off.
