「Fantastic property within walking distance of lovely bars and restaurants. Rooms amazing, lovely little touches eg beach bags, espresso machine, robes, we had one with with sea view which was by the pool and so convenient. food delicious and staff so lovely and friendly. Not got a bad word for the place, only thing that would have improved it for us was a better/another toaster at breakfast and smoking ban round pool! 」

「This is a truly magical place. Tucked between tropical jungle and a stunning beach is a little oasis called Klong Jark Bungalows. There my husband and I became members of a family and our departure ended with tears and hugs. I'm not normally someone who wants a lot of interaction with staff and things at hotels, I hate the feeling of being waited on. So when we figured out we were literally the only guests at the place, (Covid low season a large storm had just passed through) I worried...

「The Reef resort was lovely as were the staff who were extremely friendly and attentive. They pride themselves on their scuba diving and beautiful reef which can be accessed using the paddle boards or kayaks which are free to use. This island is very small and underdeveloped which was our main reason for visiting, and while the Reef resort was amazing an adult only option would have been a better choice for us. If you are a family travelling with children you will not be disappointed 」

「Nirvana Beach Resort and Spa is set in a wonderful location at the end of one of the longest beaches on Koh Lanta. We were in a beachfront single bedroom villa with private pool with the beach right in front of us. The room and facilities were excellent although there is no Spa on site. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, doing all they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The gardens are also a great feature of the property. 「När vi kom hade de dubbel bokat så vi kunde ej få det rum med utgång till poolen vi bokat första dagen utan hamna på vång 2 med utgång via brant trappa utan handledare mot gatan. Dag 2 fick vi flytta ner och båda lägenheterna var genomgående rätt slitna, eländiga stenhårda sängar, saker hänger löst eller är trasigt i bostäderna, Då AC bara finns i sovrummen blir det 40-50 grader varmt i resten av lägenheten på dagarna, inte så kul...tycker det är dubbelt så dyrt som det borde vara med tanke på...

「酒店環境不錯，很寧靜，適合休閒。餐廳服務也熱情，就是菜品選擇不是很豐富。而前台的服務就比較令人失望，check in和check out的業務還算ok，但是有什麼信息需要咨詢的時候，就顯得員工什麼都搞不清楚了。試過一些簡單的方法解決，但是實際上并沒有幫我解決實際的問題，最後還是把問題丟給了客人自己來解決，這點很讓人失望。」

「Excellent stay. Ying was extremely helpful and made our four nights here a pleasure. The rooms vies were outstanding overlooking a superb beach. Although the hotel building is still in progress you don’t notice it. Lot steps to the beach but if too much hotel will take you. The chef is fantastic, so good was the food we ate here every night. Enjoyed so much thinking of returning soon just beautiful 」

「This hotel had bedbugs. We had a reservation in the 3br suite and around 11pm discovered there were bedbugs infested in all 3 rooms. I struggled with posting this review because all of the the staff are so nice but I see the room is available for reservation again and it was a total nightmare to discover this and deal with sanitizing our things and finding a new place to stay in the middle of the night. 」
