"Staff were great. Facilities excellent. Hallways had a musty smell. Didn't know they had EV chargers until I had parked. "

"Gym and buffet breakfast was good though signage re: gluten free etc could be better. Staff were always smiling and pleasant to deal with. Matress a bit too soft but overall a good family stay. The buggy parked at the doorway created a bottle neck for pedestrian traffic whenever a coach or car was parked at the entrance. "

"We stayed for two nights and the whole experience was amazing. From the very start, the check‑in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Walking into the cabin and seeing the stunning views across the valley instantly set the tone for our stay. The cabin was so thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel comfortable and effortless. Mornings spent on the deck were a highlight, enjoying the fresh ground coffee provided while taking in the peaceful surroundings. Having the BBQ and the fireplace really added to the experience. We would happily return to Willow Cabin again."

"Lots of space, comfortable seating and beds, nice pool very clean, well equipped kitchen, good TV and excellent pool table, large gardens but could do with a bit of a tidy up close to the main house and retreat house. Great tennis court with selection of rackets and balls provided. Overall excellent property for a large group wanting to get away from it all."

"Cleaners need to be a bit more detailed - the headboards had a thick layer of dust on them (I'm allergic so it matters to me), the glass doors covered in fingerprints, massive stains on the carpet, shower leaked from the bathroom to the front door. Oh and we had a noise complaint at 4:15pm for 2 of us talking in our room with the doors and windows closed... LOL. Apart from these issues, the rooms purpose was so we didn't have to pay for Ubers, and have a big night out to see an awesome band, and it did the job. Beds are comfy and the water is hot."

"Clean and tidy, gorgeous mimicry fireplace to give ambiance an arrival. Very comfortable mattress on bed, gorgeous balcony view. Best place to disconnect and defrag, put yourself in the spa and unwind. Nature at its finest. Birds chirping from 5 am, just serene."

"We had an amazing weekend getaway here. The house was so lovely, spacious and kitchen had everything you could need. Such lovely communication with the host and welcome card on arrival with chocolates. The spa and sauna were amazing after a hike in Springwood. Our dog Lulu enjoyed exploring the fenced area. Absolutely loved our stay! Thank you. "
