「A delightful hotel which offered me a warm and efficient welcome. The room was immaculate and cosy. The cooked-to-order breakfast was delicious and filling, in a warm and clean setting. The service was professional and friendly. I would have loved to have stayed more than one night to relax a little more and enjoy the environment. Highly recommended!」

「First time staying here for the Malvern Show. I was given the top floor self catering flat and it was so comfortable. Just like a home from home. Even though it was self catering, I had bread, butter, milk, jam/marmalade/honey and orange juice in the fridge which was complimentary. Food in the pub in the evenings was lovely, tasty and hot. Staff, landlady and landlord were so friendly and welcoming. The locals were engaging and friendly too. As a solo traveller I was well looked after and...
