“Enjoyed a short stay with my husband and step-son while considering Cal Poly Humboldt as a prospective student. The property is exactly as pictured. Super clean and tidy, new kitchen with beautiful appliances. The bathroom inspired me to redo my own! Comfy beds with cozy comforters and pillows. “We had a lot of fun at this home. It was just big enough for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the hot tub which seemed to be well maintained. The Sauna didn't get up to temperature. It only got up to about 115 and then started to cool off again so I am not sure if it is broken or not. The bikes were great too. The house is a short walk from many stores and restaurants, and close to campus, the community forest and disc golf. If you are staying in Arcata this place is great!”
