“Evidently our reservation was cancelled and even though we had a confirmation number, the "system" didn't recognize it and they had no rooms available. Although, with the looks of the other guests and open containers of alcohol I think they did us a favor and we stayed at the Hampton Inn instead and enjoyed a beautiful and comfortable stay.”

“The room was clean when i checked in. After that, nobody ever came in to clean, not even to empty trash, check towels, etc. There was no shampoo. I checked in very late at night. The young lady at the desk working the night shift was very sweet. Unfortunately, after many tries she was unable to code a room key for me. Her only solution was to let me in a room and she told me she would put keys under my door as soon as she was able to get them working. I also needed to print some sensitive……

“Breakfast was good! Staff was friendly! The only negatives were noise level— could hear people talking that were in the room above us. Also, one of the elevators wasn’t working.”

“the room was dirty, there was a dirty like tissue stuck in the peephole on the door. there was a like luggage tag on the floor. when I looked at the sheets there was hair on the bed and a hole in it. there were a couple bugs in the room but a lot of bugs on the walkway to the room. I ended up leaving but they wouldn't give me a full refund charged me a cleaning fee for a room that was dirty when I walked in.. really horrible first experience in this town”

“When we first checked in, the staff was great, but when we had to extend our stay, they seemed to catch a attitude. I'm willing to give them another chance , because maybe the just had a bad day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend.”
