「The Point Au Roche Lodge was everything that it promised and more. The rooms were beautiful and it was very appreciated that it was dog-friendly. It was very dog-friendly, with borders between outside porches for privacy and a specific potty area clearly identified. The price for the off-season was incredibly reasonable. One of the beds in our room was broken, but I doubt the property had been made aware of it, as it had been scrabbled back together to look like it was fine, until we laid on...

「The hotel is tastefully decorated, the staff is very accommodating and congenial, and the rooms are comfortable. The only negative is the lack of daily housekeeping; you have to ask the front desk to empty the trash, etc. We stayed for 1 week and it seems the rooms are only cleaned and refreshed when the room is vacated.」

「It was disappointing, I will never stay with them again! Room wasn’t vacuumed or dusted, bathroom had pupil hairs on toilet seat, floor and walls in bathroom were disgusting.
