Do NOT stay here! I was too exhausted to say anything at the time from driving for hours. But it was filthy- there was mold growing on the ceiling above the beds and quite honestly I had to make sure my daughter didn't touch anything. I slept and left. Most of the staff was very nice, but a couple were rude and honestly they shouldn't have put anyone in that room (especially with a baby). Inspectors should investigate because I'm sure they would shut them down- I was coughing from the mold the entire time. Not to mention we heard every word our neighbor said.

Don’t book this hotel unless you want to stay in one that looks like it was an episode of American horror story. It is filthy. It is dark and dirty. It’s smelly. The rooms are not safe. The bed is ancient and the mattresses curl the grout on the floor in the bathroom is black. It’s absolutely horrendous and when I literally checked out 10 minutes after checking in, I didn’t even sit on the chair, cause it just looked disgusting they refuse to give me my money back.

The property is under construction at this time, so there was a lot going on. We were also notified that the elevator wasn't working on the day of our arrival. They're fixing up the property, and the rate was reasonable, but it definitely needs some work.

The elevator was out Saturday and Sunday. Never disclosed on website property was under construction. Cleanliness just ok bugs in drawers and dirt on and around the ac unit. The window wouldn’t even close all the way. Toilet seat wasn’t attached. Need a shower curtain that actual repeals water instead of letting it was through to the bathroom floor. The pool was hotter than the hot tub. The breakfast served was one of the best parts of the stay. Staff was pleasant. Just feel they needed to be upfront about the construction.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Place is under construction, dirty conditions. Assigned room 126, TV did not work Daniel at the front desk was nice he tried to get the TV working no success. The window in the room is all cracked looks like somebody threw a brick at it but apparently the construction guys damaged it. Water tank in the toilet is not working properly will not refill so it was loud all evening. Had to go to the second floor for ice the elevators are not working. Until the construction is completed La Quinta in Plattsburgh is $100 overpriced. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

Vieux, odeur très désagréable dans les corridors et humide dans les chamres, on dirait que c'est propre mais ce ne l'est pas vraiment. L'ascenceur ne fonctionait pas et ils nous ont mis au 3e étage, pas super. J'ai connu pire, on peut y aller tout de même si on est limité dans le budget, mais il y a vraiment mieux à Plattsburgh. Pour ma part je n'y retournerai pas.
