Un séjour qui aurait pu être top!

J’ai choisi cet hebergement specialement pour la terrasse vue sur mer au 9eme etage. En arrivant, je constate que la poignee et système douverture de la porte coulissante sur la terrasse est demonte et posé par terre. Impossible douvrir. On voit bien que la terrasse n’a pas été nettoyee depuis des mois. Bref ca ne semble pas être un problème recent. Ensuite pas de wifi ni de TV. Je vérifie et remarque que les prises ne marchent pas. Seule Celles de laCuisine et chambre sont ok. Je regarde le tableau électrique et vois qu’un fusible a sauté. Après l’avoir remis, le wifi se met en route jusqu’à ce qu’il saute a nouveau! Bref, jenvoie un message (un ticket!) de suite a Huswell, qui pour n’a rien fait, à part envoyer des messages redigé par AI! J’ai demande un remboursement. J’attends. Le problème de porte avait ete signale en Janvier 2025. En mai 2025 toujours pas réparé!

Aussicht toll, Wohnung geht so

Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, die Wohnung an sich liebevoll eingerichtet. Allerdings war die Terrassentür kaputt und ließ sich weder öffnen noch ganz schließen. Es war also recht kalt im Januar in dieser Wohnung. Die Agentur hat sich sehr bemüht, eine Lösung zu finden, der Besitzer hat sich allerdings nicht gerührt.Die Heizung ließ sich nicht regulieren, der Klositz war kaputt, das Bett ist kein kingsized, sondern ein 1,40m Bett. Toilette und Bad sind für große Menschen absolut nicht geeignet, da extrem eng und klein.Wir bekommen jetzt immerhin eine Erstattung wegen der Tür.Brügge ist toll, Knokke ist eher hässlich. Nächstes Mal wieder Holland... :)
