“The 2 bedroom condo was neat, tidy, and clean. All mentioned items were on counter when entered (paper towels, garbage bags, etc). Parking was easy. I wasn't sure about a unit in the back but found it easy to access and secluded and quiet. Road noise is minimal and do not hear once in condo. Walk to beach is 2 blocks. The path is not well marked but is clear. Beach items are kept in outdoor shower. This was displeasing because items are rusty and full of tree debris. I did take one chair to use……

“Beautiful property. The landscaping was lovely and it was fun watching the ducks in the pond. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome. They supplied adequate kitchen equipment, and toiletries and beach chairs, etc. We had plenty of space. Pool was nice. My only concern is that VRBO did not provide me with the opportunity or phone number to talk with the host directly until one day before our arrival. I had to go through customer service to ask questions about the property and……

“Second time at this location and loved it again! This particular condo had everything we needed and the listing is accurate - it's beautiful and very spacious. Comfy couch for us to watch the world cup soccer matches, kitchen has a variety of gadgets to make meals, dining table felt comfortable for everyone, showers had awesome water pressure to wash off all the sunscreen, and there were plenty of towels. “We had 7 adults and 3 kids at this rental and it worked out well with some creativity. The bathrooms were all very big, good closet space throughout the rental. The blackout curtains in the primary bedroom were amazing for our baby. Proximity to the beach and pool access were great! The upstairs game room is a loft which means the sound from downstairs travels up as well as difficulty keeping that space dark so not great for little kids. The patio furniture I think needs replacing at this point.……

“They didn't tell me they had somebody living on site until I was on my way there, between midnight and 2:30 a.m., because I told them I would be late, getting there.There was somebody else there when I got there in the room that I was supposed to be in, plus the person that lives on site.The key was where it was supposed to be, but the outside door was locked, and I rang the doorbell several times, and contacted the host, by calling and sending messages, and I still had to wait about 20 minutes……
