「It’s a fairly new hotel with excellent location by the waterfront. Buffet breakfast has plenty varieties. Carpark is just a short walk to the hotel. The area is safe and clean. Very enjoyable with easy access to everything.」

「Travelling from York, so was a stop over before hitting Wales. Hey, it was a nice place to stay. The room was incredible (although for me, I'd change the carpet on the staircase to room 9. Visually, very tricky!!) Check in was quick and easy. The only thing I'd point out, and it is nit picking, I think the staff need to be more 'that's no problem, we'll sort that out' as opposed to 'we'll see what we can do,' ... Yeah, I've worked in customer service for 40 + years blah blah... and we all...

「The hotel and its surroundings were truly picturesque. The rooms were spotless, and while the restaurant offered a limited selection, the overall experience was pleasant. However, one concern was the presence of dead flies on the restaurant’s window sill. Given the warm weather, this issue should have been addressed promptly to maintain cleanliness 」

「This is an outstanding luxury hotel that is modern and meticulously maintained. On top of that, it is filled with Beatles memorabilia as the name suggests. It is right around the corner from the Cavern Club so a great place to hear local music.」
