"Bill was very easy to get in touch with, we had 6 adults and 3 kids (2 teens and a 5 year old). The 5 year old LOVED that he could slide off the dock into the water and it was only up to like mid calf on him. Kept him busy for hours! We rented the pontoon boat and it was a ton of fun! The kids loved throwing the tubes on the back and tubing! We were all comfortable with 3 living rooms a big kitchen and all the bedrooms! "Loved everything about this Bass Lake home! Valarie was extremely responsive to my messages. I can't describe how much I enjoyed sitting on the porch and admiring the water. Well, the golf cart was a lot of fun too! We stayed with our 2 adult sons and were able to rent a pontoon our last day, their favorite part! "We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Bass Lake. January is certainly off-season for lake living in the Midwest, but we had a great time. The home is well stocked and has plenty of room for a big group. There are a couple of bars/restaurants within walking distance which is nice. Groceries are readily available just minutes away. Top notch experience"

"We had a World Series Tournament in La Porte and booked the house for our team. 11 players and 3 coaches all stayed comfortably. We had a great time playing in the lake. Tons of floats and water toys to use. The yard is huge and worked great for games of volleyball and whiffle ball. Great memories were made. Highly recommend for other teams or groups with lots of kids."
