「The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I had 100% support from my enquiry, throughout my event and through to checkout. Highly recommend. If there is anything to consider, the bedroom would benefit from an upgrade plus put plugs near the beds. 」

「Clean and comfortable room, polite staff and ideal location right in the centre of Chester. The nearest parking is only a 5-10 minute walk away and costs £8 for 24 hours. Unfortunately we didnt have chance to eat here as we only stayed 1 night and had other plans but the food being brought out to other guests did look great. Would definitely stay again!」

「The House was very clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable and the heaters in the rooms worked very quickly so was very warm in the house. The located was the perfect distance from the main city center. Bona was extremely helpful with any questions I had prior to checking in. The check in was super easy, and the house was easy to find if you read the instructions sent its very straight forward. Would happily stay here again! We really enjoyed it. 」

「It was comfortable, quiet and conveniently located for exploring the area. Comfortable beds, everything one needed in the kitchen, big bathroom and large dining/sitting room. Wasn't keen on open plan bedrooms upstairs, where one could see and hear everything that was said and done in the other bedroom.」
