“Poor check in as way too much waiting due to one person on desk and large queue. No information on times or amenities. Didn’t have breakfast as too expensive at £16. Would have done if it was slightly cheaper. Did have an evening meal which was great and service was superb. Room was clean with plenty of space and could have a hot shower without water goining everywhere. WiFi was unusable in room so had to hotspot off the phone (WiFi was okay in restaurant though). “The staff is very helpful. The room size is big for family room but the interior decoration is old. The hotel garden is very nice and is a wedding venue thought the location is quite remote and no any other restaurants or stores available.”
