“We ate at hotel evening meal and sent my wife’s food back fish and chips was awful the proprietor came out and was very rude and insisted he never had a complaint before eventually he said he would deduct 50% off the 1 meal We then went downstairs for breakfast at 9 am and no staff in attendance then 2pish guys contractors who were residents turned up and said it was normal at breakfast time 😡 we went into the town but nothing open for good came back at 9.45 and the chaps said a chef had……

“The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic.
