You pretty much get what you pay for. £4.50 to park overnight isn’t right in my opinion. Service and staff excellent Food average Rooms are clean very basic and drab really needs a make over.carpets worn bedding cheap quality. Breakfast was poor with poor quality ingredients. Seems like I’m slating this hotel I’m not I’m being honest..I’m not complaining as £80 with breakfast you can’t really complain.To lay your head it’s good because the cleanliness and staff are excellent

Very glad we stayed here. The room was lovely and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and parking was free. Breakfast was great. The only criticism was the some of the plumbing noises were loud which could be disruptive if staying for a longer period of time. Otherwise perfect

This property claims to be accessible throughout its website; however, they only have one accessible room on the ground floor. The hotel itself is not accessible, nor are the rooms. As someone with a disability, I had to navigate two steep staircases to reach my room, which also contained stairs. The bathroom was extremely small and unsafe for disabled individuals. Fortunately, a family member was present to assist me, as I shudder to think what might have happened otherwise. No staff offered to help, and my prior request for assistance was ignored before my stay. I checked out immediately upon arrival and did not use the room. Expedia attempted to contact the property regarding false advertising and a refund, but all calls and emails have been ignored. This experience was unprofessional and misleading.

Solo stay, hotel wasnt busy for time of year. The initial room I had was clean but dated. unfortunately the hot water was not working. Staff Managed to switch my room quickly into the more modern rooms. Slept very well. Although dinner was OK, I did find it was quite overpriced for the quality of the food itself. Felt like a greene king type pub but expensive food. Member of staff Lauren was very friendly and brought a warm & welcoming vibe to the pub.

Internet was intermittent. Moved to a new room due to hair in the bath. The walls were so thin I got woken up by someone’s alarm going off on their mobile at 6am. Heard traffic all night as windows were not great.

Great and quiet place to stay before a flight

An overnight stay near the airport before a long flight . It was a quiet country pub hotel with very comfortable clean rooms and great food .
