8/10 不錯

讚好：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
Very quiet location, rooms were a good standard, but the building and service needs to be freshened up a bit, e.g wifi info in the room is incorrect, although connecting to wifi wasn't a problem Limited choices on breakfast but all the usual basics were available and it was good value. Would happily stay again.

An all too common example of poorly maintained British hotels. Rundown and in urgent need of major refurbishment. The breakfast was better than expected and the staff we interacted with were first rate. A great shame that the hotel itself let down the excellent staff. Never again.
