“We parked at silk street short stay and downloaded the ringo app, convenient to pay for extra parking eather than going back to the car. Check in was swift with jeycodecand clear instructions provided prior to arrival. Lovely room, we had room 5 so on 2nd floor, bedding lovely and comfortable loced the big bed and high quality bedding/pillows. Bathroom was gorgeous with soap and wash. Moisturiser would have been an extra nice touch as forgot mine. Bar six downstairs was a nice little quiet……

“Hotel was just as we had hoped other than the construction work we didn’t know about. We were woken this morning just before 7.30 by the noise of heavy machinery. No chance of a lie in! ”

“The rooms was fantastic, large and clean, very comfortable bed and while it is a bit 'cookie cutter' in appearance, it's what you need to get a good nights sleep before a flight. The staff were good and the shuttle rocketed me on time so can't complain. Only 'negative' thing is that the hallways near the lifts/elevators could use some updating, otherwise, great place. ”

“Staff were friendly. I had to ask for WiFi connection code, kettle, hair-dryer at the reception after checked in. I think these should be prepared and ready in the room.”

“Absolutely outstanding place to stay,asked us what we wanted for breakfast and a fantastic bacon and egg sandwich was waiting in the warmer in the morning amongst a lot of other breakfast cereal too,you can even feed the cows in the field opposite 10/10”
