「Great room renovation. Very friendly staff」

「I will not stay here again and I would not recommend it.」

「This is a budget hotel. I booked it because Liverpool were playing Man City. So rooms on Merseyside even Travelodge were £200 plus. This hotel was very reasonable. I just needed a room to sleep in that was clean with a clean bathroom. It met both of these. Hotel staff friendly. For a budget hotel it was fine」

「Lovely place to stay, temperature can be controlled in the room and bathroom which was great as the weather was freezing. Rooms are lovely, thought has gone into them. Food isn’t cheap if you dine there, but it was tasty.」

「The staff are nice」

「Simply exceptional - comfortable, clean, and wonderful hosts. Would highly recommend」

「Pleasantly surprised at the size of the premium room with amenities and even 2 bottles of drinking water plus room slippers! Wish I was staying longer than 1 night. Very convenient location to train station and T2.」

「A convenient and stylish place to take rest, especially after a delayed long flight. The bar / restaurant at night could be a bit busy, but the room is comfortable, high privacy and does not bring hesitation to use. Breakfast is a plus. Spacious and quiet dinning area.」

「The Room is not clean enough, the restaurant reception staff was not in good service. We left the restaurant and chose to dine in nearby hotel 」
