Luxury Villa for Rental. Available for rental - A luxury beach side villa, privately staffed, in huge landscaped gardens, Infinity Pool and 40m of private beach. Volleyball court, also sea canoes give access to the coral reef that rests between the beach and the evening sunsets. Styled with Thai and western influences the villa has 4 double bedrooms with 3 having direct views to the sea. Each room has cable TV, air con and free wifi access. Outside is 3000m of landscaped gardens with a multitude of tropical plants. The swimming pool is surrounded with decking and a barbecue finishes off the perfect day for the whole family. The villa offers accommodation for 8 persons.

Private Speedboat-
Discover the islands around Koh Chang - use a private speedboat for individual island hopping or relax on an idyllic tropical beach with one of our Thai hampers.( Prices available on request.) Two sea canoes are provided for guests ( deposit required).

Nice and clean villa

The villa met all our expectations and we had a pleasant stay there. The local contact (Jay) is very friendly and was happy to help on all our questions. If you want to cook, there is a fully equipped kitchen. In the neighbourhood there is a camping place, sometimes with some music until late night - but this was not a problem for us at all, so we enjoyed our stay.

Selve boligen og oppholdet var i seg seg veldig fint. Vakker villa med gode fasiliteter. Men den store skuffelsen var at villa lå på en helt annen plass enn det som ble angitt i annonsen. Vi reiste på ferie med en annen familie med jevnaldrende ungdommer (fettere og kusiner), så kriteriet for hvorfor vi valgte denne villaen var at den var oppgitt plassert på White Sands Beach. Vi spurte til og med verten om plasseringen faktisk stemte og om den lå nærme Lagoon Princess resort. Det fikk vi aldri svar på og når vi kom dit viste det seg at det var hele 3 km unna oppgitt lokasjon, slik at logistikk med barn og ungdom som ville være sammen ble et mareritt.

Skøn beliggenhed med et par minusser

Huset ligger fantastisk med det forbehold, at naboen er en campingplads og en bar med livemusik. Det betyder, at der er en del støj hver aften til efter midnat. Nu havde vi valgt at betale mere for denne villa for at undgå larm, og derfor var det ekstra ærgerligt. Udover det, så ligger huset naturskønt og tilpas centralt på Koh Chang. Gode værelser med havudsigt (på nær 2). Alt er en lille smule slidt og skævt, og rengøringen kunne også godt være grundigere. Der er i øvrigt fortsat rust i vandet fra hanerne. Vi har dog nydt vores ferie på Koh Chang

We had a wonderful stay - I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Jay is nearly on-site, the food is fantastic and we were able to explore the island easily.

wir hatten eine tolle zeit in der villa. alles genau so wie es hier zu lesen ist

sehr nettes und nicht aufdringliches personal. man merkt gar nicht wie ständig wieder alles geputzt und aufgeräumt wird. jay der housekeeper ist auch sehr angenehm im umgang und versucht jeden wunsch zu erfüllen. supermarktpreise beim hauseigenen getränkekühlschrank. alle tvs haben einen usb port um eigene filme zu schauen. die aussen musikanlage ist viel zu übertrieben aber man könnte durchaus voll aufdrehen wenn mn das will :) wir haben keine schönere villa auf der insel entdeckt die auch noch direkt am meer ist. wir kommen wieder. thx jay

Fantastiskt!!!

Helt otroligt . Har aldrig fått sådan bra service på något annat ställe . Kontakten med James oklandelig ,svar omgående vid frågor . Jay med familj har varit ett jätte stort stöd och servicen helt makalös. Städning och trädgårdsskötsel varje dag. Lugnt område perfekt för familjer . Jay är det bästa stödet man kan få ,han löser allt som behöver lösas inget är omöjligt Maten från deras resturang Sanae's är väldigt god och vällagad , jättebra att kunna få den hemkörd. Kan med 100 procent rekommendera detta boende , ni kommer inte bli besvikna. Recensionerna vi läste innan resan stämmer fullständigt.

A private beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. Due to our visit in the rainy season, we were unable to make use of the kayaks to go out to sea, but the house is indeed right on the (pebbled) beach. The pool was absolutely amazing. It was a bit of a surprise to find a block of apartments/hotel being erected next door. Luckily it seems to be occupied by only a few people and our privacy was still pretty ok. The bedrooms and bathrooms were really good and issues with internet/aircon were quickly resolved. Jay, his wife, and all other staff were perfect in assisting with transport, food and massages. Thank you Jay for taking such great care of us. It is good to note that the kitchen is very basic and doesnt really allow for elaborate cooking. Luckily there are many restaurants on site and great food can be delivered to the house. We did miss a comfortable lounge for all of us to sit together. There is really only the outside area to hang out, which is fine considering the climate, but the floormats, beanbags and wooden pool decliners do get uncomfortable eventually. All in all, we had a really good time in Koh Chang.
