Overall ok

There’s a humid and weird smell in our room. One mirror in the bathroom only and limited outlets in the room. Not convenient! The resort doesn’t have its own private beach and it’s difficult to communicate with their staff in English. Breakfast is really awesome!

Small Boutique Hotel with over priced.

I stayed 6 nights at Sea View Poll Villa. I was surprised the rooms were very basic setting, almost 4 walls with beds and daily needs. The Villa arrangement was lack privacy than when I was expected. The water pressure was weak, almost like raining i was not enjoying ( I found other Hotel in Kok Chang has no such issues). The most weird and frustrated thing was the Manager at Nest Sense lack of service concept, he can keep arguing with customer with disagreement, and even walk away during the conversations....just ignore us in later day when seeing us in the area...a strange guy with odd service. Of course some staffs were good. The Villa is off from main road needs little walk from the main road (shops) about 8 mins walks there were no lights until last 2 night "new install lightings". It is a small Boutique hotel in Lonely Beach area so do not expect lot facilities. WiFI still fails most of the time.....

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Nest Sense Resort sehr genossen! Vor allem besticht das Hotel durch den herausragenden Service - insbesondere durch Vit und Na, die jeden Tag mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht vor Ort waren und uns immer freundlich und hilfsbereit jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen haben! Aber auch das restliche Personal war sehr zuvorkommend! Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird und mit einem tollen Ausblick! Der Pool war eine schöne Abkühlung und auch Coco Nest war ein toller Platz um in Ruhe zu lesen. Das Frühstück ließ bei uns keine Wünsche offen, man kann pro Person 2 Frühstücke auswählen und hat dabei die Wahl zwischen Thai-Frühstück oder auch normalen Eierspeisen und süßen Leckereien. Wir sind jeden Tag super in den Tag gestartet und waren lange satt. Das Essen war qualitativ immer sehr gut und durchweg super lecker (die Aussicht dazu hat es noch schöner gemacht)! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder - danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Enjoyable stay, good location

We had a room with a private pool and it was so nice. Very private and clean. Room was spacious and loved the view. Good a’la carte breakfast, excellent service. Good and quiet location.

Lovely stay, great service, views, and food

The resort is beautiful and the views from the rooms and pool area are stunning. The service is top notch and the breakfast + drinks were delicious. The beachfront is more aesthetic as it's very rocky, so not the type of beach you can swim in or enter. That being said, it was very cheap and easy to get transport to the other beaches around the island.

Place was great, staff ,food all very good. If you don't have a car it's far from ferry. The only problem was if you are a light sleeper there's a bar nearby that plays loud music from 1 am to 5 am.

Das Hotel sollte für die Durchreise sein. Daher hatten wir ein ganz einfaches Zimmer mit Garten. Es war neu modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
