We wouldn't go back.
We tried this Hotel for the first time. Beautiful (older) room with a wonderful view. Kinda surprised the coffee was not included in the room... I don't think I have stayed anywhere where there isn't at least free nescafe. They had pods and we thought it was classy.Nope it was part of the MINI bar bill. Surprise!! I think they also charged us for cleaning coffee cups...??? Apart from that there is a serious ant situation. Good location, very nice breezes and a very nice staff.

Awesome , Affordable.
The stay was very affordable and very great staff and owner was great. She have stayed in many hotels around the area. We were very pleased with everything. they call the room smoking, We are not smokers and we never noticed it was a smoking room. very comfortable Bed and nice to have some price snacks /beer as 7 /11 What a pleasure :) Thank you

It's the top resort for sure
This resort was luxury and I highly recommend it. Four friends and I enjoyed it so much can't wait to go for longer. The German owner was friendly and helpful.

The room was large and air conditioned and had a nice pool. Was a bit of a walk to the beach, about 20 minutes, but had many shops and restaurants right next door.

'Cheaper' rooms poor value for money
We found our room very poor value for money. After paying £35 (fairly expensive in Thailand) we were given a tiny basement room with only enough room for a bed. Although there is a table and chairs outside, there is no light allowing you to sit out at night. On the plus side, the room was clean and the pool was nice. There are better hotels for your money elsewhere.

they had ants in the bed... and there is only papers telling you cant do this you cant do that (they could place the papers but have a less unfriendly way to tell things)... we can clearly see that the owner is german...

We had originally planned to stay 2 nights and when we go there we liked it a lot so booked for another 2, they then upgraded our room free of charge to a deluxe, which was very large and had a huge flat screen TV. Bernard in the reception was so unbelievably helpful told us exactly where to go and what was worth doing. Also told us some good spots to eat, and he wasn't wrong. Honestly could not say enough good things about this place. It is definitely somewhere I would stay again and would have no problem recommending to anybody

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Service Personal freundlich. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf den gepflegten Garten der dazu noch sehr ruhig ist. Auch der kleinePool oben im Garten eingebettet reicht für eine Erfrischung völlig aus. Frühstück muss man nicht unbedingt mit buchen, da man in der Umgebung abwechslungsreich Frühstücken kann. Man kann sich auch überall Zweiräder ausborgen. Aber Vorsicht beim Fahren, die Straße ist sehr kurvenreich und bergig. Danke Koh Chang bis zum nächsten Mal.

Tolle Anlage mit viel Grün und netten Leuten. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, inkl. feinstem Kaffee serviert in einer grossen Tasse. Sehr hilfreiches Personal und allgemein top organisiert! Der Pool war ebenfalls sauber und (für die Kinder) eine willkommene Abkühlung.

建物から降りられる海は、ビーチではなく波が高い入江のような感じです。 扉にDo not disturb をかけていてもスタッフが入ってくるのであまり意味がないように感じました。

Trevlig personal och ägare som tusan. Hjälpsam med tips om vad man kan hitta på under vistelsen. Tyvärr behövde poolen renoveras när jag var där så den utnyttjades aldrig.

Good place good location
Very good place although a bit expensive for the money. Location is good at the far end of white sand beach with restaurants and shops nearby. We were there in a family room which was a bit expensive. Wifi was very good as well as the food. German specialties are available.

Good nice clean rooms, nice pool, great view. Good service and friendly staff. After 2 nights we added 2 more and then 1 more night, so we ended up with total of 5 nigts, as the place suited our needs perfectly.

Zentrale Lage. Aber nicht am Strand. Deshalb unbeding einen Roller mieten. Die Anlage ist liebevoll aufgebaut. Super Frühstück. Aber alles in allem sehr deutsch. Wem das gefällt ist hier absolut richtig. Die Buchung nach Koh Mak wurde vom Hotel aus super veranlasst. Wir hatten die günstigste Zimmerkategorie. Sehr sauber. Vor dem Zimmer eine Sitzgelegenheit mit Ausblick auf eine Hauswand.

Sehr nett :)
Personal und Besitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Essen wirklich gut! Lage zum Strand nicht perfekt aber die kleine Bucht direkt am Hotel zum schnorcheln sehr zu empfehlen. White Sand Beach ist aber zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Kleiner Fuümarsch und man ist abends mitten im Getümmel. Toll! Garten und Pool des Hotels sehr hübsch. Auch die Bar ;) Gerne wieder.

Voldoende maar heeft meer potentie
Het resort heeft alles in zich om een lekkere plek te zijn om te relaxen. Met iets meer aandacht voor details zou het een ruime voldoende kunnen scoren. De inrichting van de kamer was ietwat gedateerd. Helaas hingen er hele dunne gordijntjes die de kamer niet genoeg afdekten. Deze gordijnen moeten echt vervangen worden door iets beters, hoeft niet duur te zijn! De douche was vrij basic en de straal was te zacht. Het zwembad en de bar was prima, er is een winkeltje bij waar je brood kunt kopen. Door de enorme schaarste van hotelkamers op Ko Chang waren we erg veel geld kwijt voor de kamers. 4 nachten voor 91 euro per nacht. Wij vinden dit voor Thaise begrippen veel te duur en ik het resort en de kamer is dit het niet waard.

Traumhafte Lage, jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen
Mein Zimmer hat mich enttäuscht. Es war einfach und an mehreren Stellen müsste ich Schimmel feststellen (Bild, Decke, Fügen. Die Bettdecke und Kopfkissen waren eine Zumutung. Alt und die Decke war nicht einmal richtig bezogen, sondern mit zwei Laken umhüllt, die Nachts abgefallen sind. Das finde ich unhygienisch. Das Frühstück war für meinen Geschmack auch nicht toll. Die Brötchen lagen schwer im Magen und die Marmelade war purer Zucker. Der Käse hatte auch kaum Geschmack. Zum Abschied habe ich eine Beschwerde bekommen, dass ich eine Smoothie-Bowl im Café gegenüber gegessen habe und das ich pünktlich zum Transport da war und nicht 10 Minuten zu früh. Hätte ich einen Hinweis bekommen, dass ich früher da sein soll wäre es kein Problem gewesen. Das war kein schöner Abschied. Ich denke das Top Resort hat verpasst mit der Zeit zu gehen.

Es tut mir sehr leid, dass ich von Ihnen keinen Hinweis bekommen habe, in welchem Zimmer Sie gewohnt haben. Anonyme Kritiken lassen sich leider nur sehr schwer nachvollziehen! Wir vom Management kontrollieren alle Zimmer sehr regelmässig. Dass eine Bettdecke nicht richtig bezogen war, kann ich mir auch nicht vorstellen. Die Umhüllung der Bettdecke mit Laken ist in tropischen Hotels absolut üblich, da viele Gäste es vorziehen, nur mit einem Laken bedeckt zu schlafen! Ein Bettbezug wäre hier eher hinderlich! Ich verstehe auch nicht, warum Sie, lieber Unbekannte(r), dies hier nicht gleich vor Ort reklamiert haben. Unsere Standardzimmer sind auf jeden Fall mehr als die 800 Baht wert, die Sie hier über Expedia bezahlt haben! Vielleicht buchen Sie bei Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt besser nicht unsere absolut billigste Zimmerkategorie, da Ihre Anspüche anscheinend höher angesiedelt sind. Ihren Einwand des Frühstücks betreffend, haben Sie ja schon erklärt, es entsprach nicht Ihrem Geschmack! Darüber läßt sich ja bekannter Maßen streiten. Wird nicht einfach sein, hier eine andere Marmelade finden, weil alle anderen Hotels und Resorts exakt die gleiche Marmelade anbieten! Das mit dem Käse habe ich an unseren Lieferanten (Deutscher Markenanbieter und Großimporteur) weitergeleitet, wenn Sie den Mut finden zu Ihren Äußerungen zu stehen, wird er sich gerne mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen! Schade, dass Sie nicht hier vor Ort reklamiert haben, gerne hätten wir Ihnen geholfen!

Hotel mit hübschen Garten
Ich war für eine Woche über Weihnachten in diesem Hotel. Von außen ziemlich unscheibar, verbirgt sich dahinter ein schöner Garten mit Bungalows und Pool.

Ok hotelli huimilla maisemilla
Hotellin ulkoalueet (allas-alue ja sen ympäristö) oli hoidettu hienosti ja maisema oman huoneen tai paremminkin mökin ikkunoista suoraan merelle oli häikäisevä!!! Portaita oli todellakin hotellin ympäristössä varsin paljon. Itse mökki (meillä Sunset studio) oli melko arkinen ja kaipaisi pientä kunnostusta. Kylppäri esim. oli varsin pieni ja suihku oli huono. Mutta hinta-laatusuhde oli meistä ihan hyvä ja uudestaankin voisi mennä.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage ABER Raucherzimmer
Wir waren dort für eine Nacht. Es ist sehr schön gelegen, mit kleinem feinen Pool, Restaurant über dem Meer sozusagen. Das Einzige was wir nicht wussten, was leider auch nirgendwo steht, dass es Raucherzimmer sind. Sie riechen nicht sonderlich nach Rauch, wer empfindlich ist, merkt es aber trotzdem. Bei uns waren sie gleich so nett und haben uns ein Zimmer gegeben, dass schon über eine Woche nicht mehr bezogen war, so dass man von dem "Raucherzimmer" praktisch nichts mitbekommen hat. Toller netter und hilfsbereiter Service. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Frühstück für den Preis auch gut. Kaffee weniger. Tolle Lage. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier.
