Overall very bad experience. I booked the “cozy cottage” which is one of the cheapest options.. didn’t expect much.. but did expect more then I got.. it still cost some reasonable money.. this hotel is not for free and not $10 per night one.. the room is very small, there was no toilet paper in the room and no napkins.. to be able to use the toilet I went to 7/11 to buy toilet paper.. there was one small shampoo in the room.. no shower gel.. only 1 shampoo.. the place it should be kept next to shower was broken, so it just stand next to the sink and when you go to shower you need to put it on the floor. The bed is not soft at all and very uncomfortable. And when I got to this bed the first time a nice small cockroach ran from under the pillow to escape from me.. I was with a girlfriend and didn’t want her to start screaming and complaining.. so I turned her had the other way and talked to her for her not to see it and let it to escape, didn’t see it or any other again.. but still.. was not nice.. the breakfast also was not good to me.. did go to other place, I raver pay and eat better qulity food. Might be okey for some people, but I want it better.. From outside the room looks nice, the restaurant also look very nice, good music in the evening, friendly stuff.. feels like you are in a nice and well kept friendly cheep hostel.. which would be great if it would be the case.. but it’s not hostel, it is hotel.. ones again it is not $10 per night to be like that... disappointed.

Warapura lonely beach

It is amazing and beautiful hotel. I stayed at Warapura for my 1 year anniversary. It is cozy, silent, and beautiful scenery. All staffs are kind and well communicated. I love this place and will be back some time.

Mycket bra!

Mycket rent och fräscht. Mycket trevlig personal. Boendet är inte absolut modernt, men det gör inte något eftersom det hålls efter. Hyfsat - efter thailändska mått - frukost, lite bacon, äggstation, en eller två thailändska rätter, yoghurt, flingor, rostbröd, frukt, sallad m.m. Enda som är negativt att stranden är 10-15 min promenad bort. Det är ju dock inte något som hotellet hymmlar om varför jag inte tycker det ska påverka betyget. Dessutom är stranden riktigt riktigt bra.

Välidigr bra

Väldigt fint ställe. Vi fick en bungalow med cäldigt bra utsikt mot havet. Var en del myror (vilket man får räkna med i thailand såklart) i boendet men annars väldigt rent och fint. Kvinnan i receptionen var väldigt inne i sin telefon när vi kom och la stort fokus i den istället för oss.

This was such a pleasant surprise. Best place we have stayed in Thailand. Our bungalow was right on the ocean. Beautiful, clean, very comfy bed, hot shower and the staff was great.

WARAPURA Resort is a definite HIT!

I enjoyed my stay at Warapura tremendously. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The first room I was given had a problem with the a/c. I asked the second morning if someone could take a look at it and was instead upgraded to a new room with an even nicer view. Terrific! The restaurant is a great spot to watch the sunset and there is a DJ playing terrific music Wed-Sun to accompany the sunset viewing. The food is good as well. The location is great - an easy walk to the beach and all the other restaurants and bars around. I definitely hope to visit again! Thanks for a terrific stay at Lonely Beach.

Love at first sight

After a very long flight (from Sweden) and a bit of a hustle to get to Koh Chang we finally made it to Warapura. It was even more beautiful and cozy than the pictures! Absolutely fantastic. From the moment we stepped in to the reception we felt like home and all the stress was long gone. We love to explore and see new resorts but we have to go back to Warapura again.

Relaxing stay in a lovely atmosphere

I really enjoyed my stay here, and regretted having to leave for a hotel at White Sand Beach. Most of the staff, from the always smiling front desk gal to the attentive restaurant wait staff, were great. Waterfront restaurant/bar was a great place to relax and the pool was a nice place to cool down without making a trip to the beach. The party scene is a short walk but the music can barely be heard at night. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, great location.

Initial impression was disappointed due to no sandy beach and facilities definitely beachy and old and out of date. But then found out they are all like this in Koh Chang area and these were considered good compared to others. Great staff and location.

Vi havde booket seaview værelser- og de var præcis som forventet. Fine med VIDUNDERLIG udsigt. Dog er der massiv støj fra restauranten, hvor de spiller høj loungemusik det meste af dagen. Så hvis du ikke er til dunkende bas, så book et andet sted, da den høres tydeligt igennem hele dagen
