The staff at the resort are fabulous. Very personable and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The food was fresh and delicious and the breakfast choice was very generous and also freshly cooked. Certainly the best resort on the island from what we experienced.

Det sødeste personale. Simpelthen så behagelige og vil gøre alt for, at du får et godt ophold. Gratis taktik indtil kl. 18.00. Du kan blive kørt hen hvor du vil på øen. Når du skal hjem til hotellet hyrer du bare en tuktuk til 50 Bath. Vandtrykket i bruseren er desværre ikke særligt stort.

Staff were lovely and went out of their way to be helpful. The resort was well kept with lovely flowers and visited by butterflies. We enjoyed watching the monkeys in the jungle behind our bungalow. Our room was spotlessly clean and well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Free beach towels and transfers to the beach was a bonus. Breakfast was adequate but service could be slow.

Amazing service and too notch food

The staff here are amazing. They are super friendly and gave us a hug as we left as we loved them so much! The food is Thai and one of the tastier on the trip. Breakfast is simple but served with love and great coffee. This is a must stop on your trip

Great stay!

Great stay - must be one of the nicest resorts in Koh Mook. Nice, spacious rooms with all the amenities you really need. Utid the manager will go out of his way to help you in any way he can. Great location on the island with walking distance to restaurants and short taxi ride to Charlie beach. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 3 nights in February. The manager/owner Tid was a wonderful friendly funny man full of advise and ideas. He made you feel part of the family group. The Emerald cave is a must, see Tid and he'll organise it for you.

Lovely Hotel. Amazing Staff, Superb service

We have just had four wonderful nights here. The staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you. Thank you each and everyone of you. Service and food are superb. The only thing we didn’t like was the dogs which hung around the grounds and around the restaurant during meal times. Having said that, I wouldn’t hesitate to return here if you ever come back to. A fuir. BEDBUGS

3 nuits dans cet hôtel. La première, nous avons eu une chambre avec une très forte odeur de produit chimique. J’ai compris par la suite qu’il s’agissait d’insecticide, que le personnel diffuse à volonté dans le but d’exterminer les punaises de lit. Ça a juste exterminé mes poumons et ma gorge. Nous avons eu une autre chambre, et cette fois ci j’ai été dévorée par les punaises de lit. La gérante est d’une mauvaise foi incroyable, accusant des mouches de sables. Les mouches de sable ne piquent pas la nuit, sous les draps. La chambre a été vaporisée à grand renfort de Raid insecticide, très toxique pour l’humain mais pas pour les bedbugs. Le staff, très gentil, m’a donné une pommade et m’a affirmé que j’aurais un dédommagement. C’est sans compter sur la gérante qui voit les dollars avant les gens, et nie catégoriquement les faits, alors que le personnel est parfaitement au courant. Forcément c’est plus facile de faire passer les clients pour des hystériques. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses étoiles. C’est une auberge de jeunesse déguisée, ni plus ni moins : trous dans les draps, oreillers crasseux, taches sur les serviettes et tissus tu mobilier. En somme le pire hôtel que j’ai pu avoir en dix ans d’allers retours en Thaïlande. Je suis toujours très choquée par le comportement de la gérante, les punaises de lit sont un problème de santé publique, et ça peut causer de sérieux dégâts pour des personnes allergiques comme moi. Jouer avec la santé des gens est un jeu dangereux.
