好宾馆，差的订房体验
好地方，安静，美丽，家庭度假的好去处。 只是在订房上和HOTELS衔接有问题。特别是HOTELS网站，觉得愧对国际订房网站的虚名。我订房时就注明是2个大人，一个16岁下的孩子，根据网站提示填写了人数和年龄并顺利付款哈，并显示所有款项已经付清。想不到再入住前4天时，告诉我还要加付1500泰铢每晚的加床费，打了4-5个电话，找了4-5个客服，最终有位客户说让我先付，后面再来补。想不到到入住前最后一天，HOTELS美国总部又打我电话，说一定要我付的。 以后不在HOTELS订房了

1.首先，酒店没有歧视中国人，起码我们没有感觉到 2.酒店相比起同为PP北部的其它酒店，非常好。占地算是最大的，占整个海滩的一半，当然海滩是共享的，其它其它酒店的住客也可以过来，但是基本没有人这么做，最多过来就是散步拍照。酒店绿化能看出来是有经常维护的，旁边的酒店看起来就显得没那么好的维护，有点旧。酒店后山的sunset bar正在改造，不能进入，但是我们俩还是偷溜了过去，不算很远，风景非常非常好！ 3.酒店餐饮还可以吧，考虑到北部交通、物资都不方便的情况下算是很不错的了。价格可以接受，午餐两人100+人民币差不多。当然可选择的不多。其实北部吃饭买东西的地方很少，全部就是酒店旁边的几间小店。物价比芭东贵一倍左右吧。要吃海鲜的，在酒店吃吧，旁边饭馆的海鲜别吃了，会后悔的。 4.我们的房间很整洁，房间大小适中。空调不好，可能只是我们房间的问题。白天只能降到28，晚上25。和前台沟通过，他们的维修师傅说没问题，我们也懒得换房，就算了。房间热水基本可以说没有，水也是咸的，我们没有很在意这个，反正北部嘛，设施什么的差点也是正常。这个价钱这样的环境就很不错了。 5.海滩，沙幼水清，游出去100米浮潜就非常漂亮了。租个长尾船出海，去到竹子岛就更加美不胜收。 6.我们TB订了大船船票，直接到的北部。酒店和船公司的衔接已经很娴熟，基本不会出现什么问题。

设施差 态度差 环境污染严重 强烈不推荐！
订了沙滩双连体屋。到的时候 看到皮皮岛酒店都不修栈桥船只那么多都直接停到沙滩边就已经有点觉得不舒服。踩到沙滩上用手随便一捧沙子 非常浅的地方就能看到黑黑的油污！果然和想象的一样皮皮岛已被严重污染了！立马对这岛岛印象就大打折扣！再来到房间，我们这订的还是最贵的沙滩小屋！ 即使设施老旧可以忽略 淋浴设备至少也应该是能用吧 水小的和筷子一样细 后来发现同行的朋友订的后排独立小屋就好很多 再回来一观察自己房间原来是两个小屋共用一个小小的热水器 第一晚全家都没有洗头 洗澡也是随便沾了点水 当晚和前台complain 得到答复说派人来修 根本鬼影子也没有一个！第二天去前台交涉 态度恶劣 ！最后是第三晚才给我们换了两个独立的沙滩屋！谁叫生意好呢！网络评论居然还真的很多好评！当然我们自己也是这么着上了套！换房个中详情不想再提 总之就是各种态度差服务差意识差！虽然知道holidayinn是洲际下的中低端品牌 但是既然叫了resort 也该有个resort的样吧！俗话说的好“熊～也要有个熊样！” 可是真心讲 这个“resort ” 就只有个“招待所”样！希望后面要预定的朋友三思！！！

酒店环境不错，植物怀抱中的长长木走廊连接着一座座木屋，很美。早餐东西不多，住的海景独立木屋，房间很潮湿，被褥都是潮的，睡起来很难受。床单上有黄色污渍，烧水壶的把上也有脏东西，吹风机上也是黑色的污渍，房间总体感觉脏，虽然只住了两晚还是盼着早点离开，没有留恋。服务总体还行，接送安排周到

酒店的沙灘是PP島最大的
酒店的沙灘是PP島最大的，接駁船進出都不會濕腳，其他酒店的要自己淌水，可能在海邊的關係吧，床單超級潮濕，不喜歡這種感覺，除非冷氣開得超凍，否則好唔舒服。酒店浴室唔滿意，水壓小而且水溫都低，幫BB沖凉都驚凍到，因為訂酒店時沒有訂到早餐，所以早餐要THB400一個人，唔系太划算。大堂離住的地方有段距離，要兜路。

在泰国住的印象最深刻的酒店。整个环境很好，如花园一般，有私家海滩，独栋小木屋很棒，内部设施不错，早餐不错，吃早餐的地方面向大海，很享受！酒店在PP岛的北岛，海水很清澈，漂亮，海滩的小石头有点多。很值得去落日酒吧看日落。

非常完美的体验！整个就是为度假打造的。一个房间就是一个小别墅。不同风格，有临海，有半空中，有背山瞰海。每个房间都有一个大阳台，像个院子。门口还有冲脚的罐罐。海滩很漂亮，很养眼！旁边船家长尾船出海又是一种全新体验。主餐厅的菜品（单点的那种）很美味。前台有很贴心的中文服务人员。特别是对WEAN这位服务员非常满意！认真负责。悬崖看日落也绝美。一切就是与世隔绝的休闲度假。还有，即便多带了一个小孩，也明确告诉全部不用增加费用。绝对的人性化！下回有机会还会再去的！！！

这家酒店位置很独特,坐船需要两站才能到了,到了有拖拉机接,我们定了最贵的房间但是没有什么服务感觉上,吃饭还要交税费这个也很奇怪,估计是第一次出国看单子有点不一样.

酒店位于pp北，人少，环境好，酒店的环境绝佳，像在一个植物园，一栋栋小木屋感觉真棒。适合喜欢安静，轻松度假的人。出门就是海滩，玩累了，回酒店休息很方便，酒店的服务人员，态度非常好！如果酒店的早餐品种在多点就好了，总体满意。如果将来有机会再去，还会选择这里的。

除了前台的服务员不是很热情以外，其他的服务都非常棒。。。另外，酒店的硬件条件不错，强烈推荐靠沙滩的房间，美得一塌糊涂。。。很遗憾没有多安排住几天。

酒店的海滩一般，只能在酒店吃饭
没去蚊子岛竹子岛，在酒店的海滩浮潜了一会儿，被奇奇怪怪的鱼和生物吓回来了，海滩一般，海水也一般，房间不错，每个房间一个独栋小木屋，但是我们住的地方离海滩太远了，sunset bar很不错，可以一去。另外周围没有什么吃的，只能在酒店吃，一个菠萝饭280b，不过超级好吃，还有个泰国炒粉也很好吃，如果下次还要去pipi，不会再去pipi北，直接去通赛湾了。

酒店在岛北部，中间要换一次船才能到，比较辛苦。酒店整体还不错，一边的海滩可以看日出，一边有个山顶可以看日落。泳池很棒，适合孩子，但6、7点就关闭了。吃饭没神马选择。

浪漫满屋的海景酒店，值得推荐！
住的是独栋木屋，感觉很不错！设施齐全，入住当天还有欢迎水果和曲奇，好吃！推荐酒店前的海滩海景和后山顶（不高）的日落美景，一定不能错过！入住的中国人还是较多的，服务人员有个别还会讲中文，态度很好！总体而言，在酒店晒晒太阳发发呆真是一种享受，值得推荐，以后应该还会再去！

酒店在PP北部，区域较大，出了酒店就只有一家单独的饭馆，其他都是别的酒店的餐厅。服务很不错，每个holiday inn 的服务员看到我们都会微笑，好温馨，相比国内的酒店，真的是天壤之别啊。打扫房间的时间有点长，时段是在大中午。床很舒服，还有露天浴室，蛮好玩的。总之，值得一去。

比较适合度假
我入住时，忘了出示会员卡。没想到酒店依然给我们升级到第二排海景房。景色很漂亮。另外，游泳中心的一些活动不贵啊，租长尾船到附近的蚊子岛，竹岛，猴岛，半日也只要900珠，和外面包的差不多，加200珠。把我们送到Phi Phi Island Village Beach Resort & Spa。 不足：左边到萨瓦迪酒店的路上有一垃圾场，破会风景啊！还有吃比较贵，和Phi Phi Island Village Beach Resort & Spa。
