坑爹，下次还是定通塞湾吧

后悔死了。第一，位置边远，不在通赛湾，没有其他路，只能坐船，近半小时，还要收费死贵的，单次一人150泰铢，最后一班船五点多就没有了，我们自己打taxiboat回去花了800，如果你要报名参加一日游，根本赶不上它的最后一班船。第二，没有空调没有热水，洗冷水澡容易感冒，很不适应。早上七点就没电了，晚上有蚊子，只有风扇，在这里住得自备防蚊用品和清凉油。第三，十一点钟得退房，十二点半才有船，除了它家开的餐馆啥也没有，没办法，只能在这里吃饭，哪也去不了。啥也干不了。

非常差的遭遇！酒店接送船还要收费的！送上酒店就哪里也去不了了！，位置偏得一塌糊涂。服务人员都是爱理不理的！对所有人都这样，问2句，说你自己看说明！真是的能看明白还问你干嘛！最不能忍受的是没有空调！早上还停电，风扇都没有了！酒店啥娱乐都没有，沙滩水质也是很糟糕！谁去谁上当！还写RESORT!就是一个小破农民房....

想拥有自己的沙滩，体验原始一点的生活，可以来这里！其实没有那么害怕啦，就是猴子呀蜥蜴呀啥的比较多，但是我喜欢猴子，哪怕他们偷着了我的零食！其实这里很美的，虽然没有空调热水，但是这里的冷水根本不冷，海风也是相当的大，这里还可以丛林穿越，有小路走到皮皮观景台，那没景足以让你忘却路途的遥远！总之还是推荐了，哦，忘了说蚊子真心多，记得买蚊香，风油精清凉油都带上！

I highly recommend this hotel for a nice relaxed . Beautiful views and nature sounds .. we had a massage by the beach and the restaurant had delicious food.. there was only a few rude staff but other staff made up for them .. we left a few items behind and rhey made we didn’t leave without them .. book the tour with the speed boat we had the best experience with them.. book this hotel if you appreciate nature

Beautiful relaxed place, well worth the short extra boat trip from the main resort area. Very friendly staff. Can’t fault the place. Loads of different sea creatures to see in the large shallow reef right outside the resort restaurant and bar. Also really easy to buy things, just add to your room number. Loads of boat trip options to all the famous sites too!!

Sehr schöne Anlage, mitten in der Natur! Viel ruhiger als im Koh Phi Phi Zentrum. Sehr nettes Personal. Exklusiver Sandstrand, mit schattenspendenden Bäumen. Wir hatten einen Strand-Bungalow der sehr einfach erreichbar war (es gibt auch Bungalows, bei denen der Auf- und Abstieg fordernd sein kann). Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt!

Cute little cottage, away from main landing point on the island, very good food, helpful staff- great for relaxing. Have to take a 30 minute on a boat from the pier- we really enjoyed this stay and even did the hike to viewpoints - beautiful scenery

This resort was probably the worst one we stayed in for a long long time. Location is awesome. Service level non existent. But the worst is food hygiene 4/4 got salmonella here. Stay away!

My reservation was cancelled without justification leaving me stranded with my family of four. I was unable to arrive on the expected day of arrival due to a scheduling issue with the boat transfer. I had messaged the resort in advance of the arrival date to indicate they will not arrive on that date but to expect us the next day. They did not respond in a timely manner. They did not answer their phone. When they did respond more 24 hours later indicating that they cancelled the reservation due to failure to arrive. Hotels.com were not able to contact the resort either. They are more interested in your money than providing services.

Schönes Hotel und eine super ruhige Lage. Aber man sollte ein paar Sachen wissen, bevor man bucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr rustikal und einfach gehalten, überall kommen die Mücken rein. Immerhin gibt es Netze um die Betten. Das Resort ist nachts ziemlich hellhörig, wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte es meiden. Im Resort bewegen sich wilde Affen, die einem teilweise Terrasse nachts dreckig machen. Das ist bisschen schade, da man die Terrasse dann nicht zum liegen nutzen kann. Das Personal hat leider nicht viel von der thailändischen Freundlichkeit übrig. An sich ein schöner Ort jedoch Preis Leistung ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

We had a fantastic stay at Phi Phi Relax over Christmas. The staff put on a fantastic holiday show with a huge buffet, dancing and an amazing fire show. The hotel felt like an untouched sliver of Koh Phi Phi to relax at with a beautiful beach. The food was good every day, with great fresh fruit for breakfast; and a wide selection for lunch and dinner. We had the fresh grilled fish one night which was a highlight. The bar had good drinks, Thai iced tea and their bottles of wine were good. The views from the room were the best and we really enjoyed laying out in our patio listening to the waves and seeing the view. We even saw monkeys on the beach on our last day. We hiked from the hotel up to the view points. The hike was challenging but good, highly recommend long sleeves and bug spray as there were a lot of mosquitos. We’ll fondly remember our stay at Phi Phi Relax and thank you to the incredible staff for making our stay so welcoming!

It was hot in my room, there was an AC but it was turned off, i had a fan instead. I had a lock for the door, a model i've never seen before, which was very challenging to unlock and when asked for help, the staff seemed upset, so i left the room open and didn't want to bother anymore. I was surprised to notice there was no fridge as well. I also have the feeling that because im a solo traveller, i had a less pleasant experience, families and couples were greeted and treated in a better way than they did with me. The staff was annoyed whenever i had a request or question. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, various, clean and tasty with an absolutely breathtaking view. I was able to hike to the viewpoint as well, where there was none except me for a terrific view over phi phi bay I would rate this resort a 2.5/5, for the price paid, i was expecting more. The location is awesome, i think they could've include the round boat trip to phi phi pier instead of making me pay each time, as for others they didn't have to.
