酒店在宁静的大海边，有一个非常好的私人海滩，让你在涨潮中享受到大海的波涛冲击。酒店有三个不错的餐厅，泰国菜餐厅的菜让你永远也会忘记！餐厅在半山，有优美的风景、有泰国的美品…当然，另外两个餐厅也不错。酒店需要改善的是，从普吉岛去PP岛的船程。我建议多增加几趟，船程太少，下了飞机坐公共船真的不方便。

酒店的外觀很原始，獨棟小屋也很原始，海灘很漂亮，早餐很豐富。但是房間沒有提供曬衣架，晾泳裝和衣服時，很不方便。

Great in everything except...

overall it is a very good hotel with fantastic location. Private beach is definitely a plus. hotel room is very clean and spacious and the pool is nice. restaurant is ok, but breakfast is very good. Overall speaking all staff are very nice, we even booked a boat trip and the service is excellent. however, once i called because my family need to go to the first aid, the operator is very impatient and gave wrong info. we supposed to go to the first aid but she told us to stay in room and the nurse will come to our room. after an hour, we still not seeing anyone coming. in my second call, the same operator asked us to go the first aid, which is different as what she told the first time. My dad's feet is bleeding but we wait for 1 hour!!!! her attitude is unforgivable!

Me gustó el lugar donde estaba ubicado el hotel, la atención es buena. Lo único que creo que deberían mejorar es, mantenimiento a la piscina grande, y poner fotos de las cabañas viejas. Yo había visto las fotos de las cabañas nuevas en la página, y cuando me entregaron la habitación es un poco vieja. Me hubiera gustado que se viera como en las fotos

Ansprechendes Resort, an sehr schöner Lage, wenn auch zu überteuertem Preis. Sehr viel wurde nicht investiert in die Anlage in den letzten Jahren, was sehr schade ist.

We loved this resort. The bungalows were very spacious and clean. It had a nice porch to have a coffee in the morning and listen to the birds. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of foods. The resort had several dining options. We tried a few and loved them all! The pool was very nice as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our luggage was delayed in Hong Kong and the contacted the airline many times to make sure we got our luggage as soon as possible. We hope we can come back to the island and will definitely stay in the same resort.

I can confirm I will never ever come back here again !!! All staff want to do is fleece you out of extra money, everything is way over priced !! Somehow Expedia had messed my booking up and put my child as 3 and not 15. So, was made to pay extra for that not quite sure why because in my eyes 3 people is 3 people regardless of age ??? Even with Expedia ringing them and confirming it was a mix up on their site I was still billed. Then the room we had was absolutely covered in tiny little bugs and I mean covered. The aircon was shocking and we were all unable to sleep due to the heat. To top it off no internet all night!! Night staff unable to sort it. My wife has also been up all night with sickness and diarrhoea and the only thing she had to eat was the carbonara made at the hotel restaurant. Then the final straw for me is the maid just walking into our room at 9.45am when check out was 11am. Nesting in mind we had all been awake all night so we’re fast asleep. She didn’t even knock just let herself in and thought a sawadi kaa was acceptable. Many better hotels on phi phi island and for a fraction of the cost.

Very good customer service -- the property is a village -- it is huge -- but the people working there make it easy to navigate. The rooms are updated and nice -- they really try their best to cater towards their guests. I'd recommend but note that you need to take a long boat to get there that is 300 THB

Outstanding Service Despite Weather and Renovations We recently stayed at SAii Phi Phi and were genuinely impressed by the experience, even with ongoing renovations and some terrible weather during our visit. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after – always warm, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. We were given a free room upgrade on arrival, which was a lovely surprise and made a real difference to our stay. The facilities that were available were well maintained, and the food throughout the resort was fresh, varied, and consistently excellent. What truly stood out were the activities and island tours organised by the hotel – professional, well-run, and a fantastic way to make the most of our time despite the weather. Every interaction with the team felt personal and genuine, with staff doing everything they could to create a memorable stay. Renovations are always temporary, but great service leaves a lasting impression – and SAii Phi Phi delivered that in spades. We’ll definitely return when the works are complete. Highly recommended.
