「Gecko and ants are immediately spotted once entering the room.
Jacuzzi is filled with 'dead' water, which cannot be refreshed.
Front desk cannot speak English.
The hotel explained that they are unable to handle the problems of insects and refresh of water in Jacuzzi.
As a result, I decided to move to another hotel immediately.
