非常糟糕的一次入住是我再泰国最差的一次入住体验。

这是我在hotels.com 预订到的最差的星级酒店没有之一，因为是淡季我们就提前了几天预订，预订完打电话问酒店怎么从普吉岛到酒店 第一次说1000泰铢 第二次说800泰铢，第三次 说400泰铢 后来我们自己到码头买票只要200泰铢还是快艇，千万不要让酒店帮你预订船票鬼知道他会收多少钱，从小长岛码头他们有车辆接送，但是每次打电话说的也都不一样，一次说是免费，一次说是收费100泰铢一个人，挺远的码头距离大概5-7公里 最后是到酒店要付每个人100泰铢的车费。我们出发前一天看天气预报说明天普吉岛有暴雨，就向酒店打电话询问是否能改后一天到达，给酒店打电话根本没人能处理这事，淡季有的是房间并且我们房费已经支付给hotels.com了 后来通过hotels.com协调联系上竟然张口就说要一个房间100多美金的更改费，他么的想钱想疯了吧，我们只好出发了还好后来天气转好了。到达酒店之后发现酒店并没有图片上那么好院子非常小，房间有很重的装修味道，院子里没有活动的地方都是被所谓的villa占据着，每天早上8点钟开始院子里就各种打扫卫生的声音，修剪花草的声音各种奇怪的声音让你就睡不了一个好觉。 早餐也很一般 没有几样东西好吃。一个五星级酒店的早餐还没有普吉岛的三星的做的好吃品种非常的少。酒店出去必须租赁摩托车门口是石头滩想去漂亮的沙滩凭脚是走不到的，泳池也非常小只有4*18米左右，我们无奈忍受了2天退房离开，因为船是14:30分左右的 我们向前台申请说能否下午2点之前退房。 前台竟然告诉我后面还有客人入住 12点前必须退房，送码头还每人再收100泰铢一个人，酒店吃早餐的时候一共也就不到10个客人我们就6个。根本没人的现在是淡季中哪有这么多客人入住。岛上其他酒店也很多也有很多别墅 我们花了别墅的价格住了个筒子楼，洗澡水挺大不热，放了半天都不热，这个酒店的旅行体验实在是太差了，以后再也不会住了。请各位看到点评的亲各自斟酌。

Un cadre idyllique surtout lorsqu il fait beau. Le personnel est au petit soin et force de proposition. Nous avons pris une villa avec private pool c est en réalité un jacuzzi que nous avons peu utilisé Rien à redire sur le petit dej et ses jus de fruits frais. Des activités sont proposées chaque jour. A warm welcome and a memorable stay

From the very first moment, the reception was nothing short of exceptional — and the farewell was just as heartfelt. The staff’s warm smiles, accommodating nature, and genuine joy in serving guests made us feel more like visiting family than customers. The personal touch was evident everywhere, from the family-style lounge area with billiards and games to the pools designed for both families and adults seeking tranquility. Breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The dining selection overall was impressive, with plenty to choose from — including a charming little café perfect for a relaxed afternoon. And yes, we even met a cute gecko behind the restaurant’s fridge, which only added to the character of the place. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. Recycling facilities would be a welcome addition, and relocating the smoking area to the edge of the property would make the outdoor spaces even more enjoyable for everyone. All in all, this resort offers a rare combination of heartfelt hospitality, comfort, and atmosphere — the kind of place you’ll remember fondly long after you leave.

Wonderful peaceful location. Amazing staff. Accommodating, helpful, fun! Arranged a beautiful private dinner on the beach, all vegan. It was stunning. Highly recommend for everyone. Very good. Conveniently located next to several good restaurants and the very fun bar Sai. We had been disappointed to hear that the main pool would be closed for repairs during our stay but the staff dealt with it very well. Access to the pool villa and staying in the room with a plunge pool of its own ensured we did not miss out at all. The team also arranged an excellent 3-island boat tour with guide Pong who was very knowledgeable and interesting - this was the highlight of our stay! We will miss the Breakfast roti station on the rest of our travels. Particular thanks to Sao, Anthoine and Johan for taking such good care of us.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in April, celebrating my husbands birthday during our stay. We could not have chosen anywhere better, the room was spotlessly clean, staff attentive nothing was too much trouble they even delivered a cake to help celebrate his birthday. The pool was a lovely relaxing space surrounded by nature and the views are simply incredible. We ate dinner at the restaurant which was delicious. This island is beautiful everyone we met was friendly, we borrowed cycles from the hotel and explored further afield. We didn’t want to leave!!

Fantastic place - wonderful rooms, facilities, staff, food and views. We truly enjoyed our time here and had a wonderful 10 year anniversary stay. The place seems to not be super kid friendly at first but it absolutely is - don’t be put off. You just can’t use a buggy easily! We were with our 5 year old and he loved it. There isn’t a kids club but it’s not that kind of place and we didn’t want that. We love Koh Yao Noi and this is a nice addition to the hotel scene here. I loved how the rooms and villas are set in nature and keep to the island’s natural feel. Ofc this does mean the occasional visit from a bug or ant but nothing really to worry about. The breakfast spread was phenomenal - one of the best I’ve scene including fresh health juices, roti making, a croissant warmer and lots more! Thank you to all the staff at reception, housekeeping and the restaurant that made the stay so lovely. Suggestions for improvements; the tiles in the pools (main and villas) are quite odd - they look nice but for swimming, kids, leaning in (aka infinity pool) they are very rough and not really pool suitable. Humble suggestion to consider changing them to avoid injuries. And general tips for travellers - there’s loads of mosquitoes on the island - pack wisely!
