  • This bright, quiet apartment is located in Koblenz’s largest neighborhood, Karthause. It’s situated in a sought-after residential area near the edge of the forest. Close to the University of Applied Sciences and the Federal Archives.

    There is one bedroom with two beds, which can be pushed together and joined if desired.

    The cheerfully furnished, spacious kitchen-living room includes a sleeper sofa that can also be used as a sleeping area for a third guest. Shopping is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. A bus stop is just 200 meters away. Free parking is available in front of the house.

Schöne, aber keine zentrale Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war prima. Ein Bäcker bzw. eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe hätten es optimal gemacht. Wir waren nämlich ohne Auto vor Ort. Aber es hat für uns trotzdem alles gut gepasst!

Sehr praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung. Verdunkelung/Verschattung in der Wohnküche wäre vorteilhaft.
