"The room was fine. Clean etc. Hotel and staff were all good too. Good location. Ideal parking. Was quiet despite being at the main bus station area of the train station. The windows opened for fresh air which was useful as I suppose the guest before us had turned to thermostat to 30° and it was boiling. Unfortunately the heat woke me from a really nice mattress and comfortable linens. Overall, the hotel was not at fault for anything, so 5 stars, absolutely earned. "

However, the Wi-Fi was extremely disappointing — it kept disconnecting every few minutes, and I had to leave the room each time just to reconnect. The signal was very weak. Also, the floor made a very loud noise every time we walked, almost like something out of a horror movie."
