Excellent guesthouse with very helpful owners.

The owners were incredibly helpful with advice on the local area, particularly shopping for local clothes and organising a punctual taxi to the airport in the morning. The rooms had excellent facilities and the whole building was comfortable with a welcoming atmosphere.

Mellisa ist absolut herzlich und super nett und hilfreich. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und man fühlt sich wohl. Wer sehr weiche Matratzen mag, wird gut schlafen können. Wir waren zwei Nächte da und das Frühstuck war abwechslungsreich und mit Liebe sehr süß gemacht.

My stay here was one of the best of all in the many countries I have visited , mainly due to the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners Maryann and Philip. The rooms are clean and comfortable with fan and a/c if you want it. There are nice breakfasts also as an option. I stayed 4 days and felt like a member of the family by the time I left. I can thoroughly recommend this homestay.

バスで10時間移動 、空腹の状態で夜に到着 しましたが、 近くにあるおすすめのレストランまでコーナーが車で送ってくれました。 150ルピーで食べれる朝ごはんがとても美味しかったです。

Nice place to spend a few days in Kochi

Red's is a nice place to spend a few days in Kochi. The hosts are kind, accommodating and up for a good chat. There was a bit of confusion regarding my booking & room expectations which was quickly resolved upon check-in. The hosts helped with booking excursions, activities, and travel. Nice breakfast. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. I had to do a bit of work while at Red's which was no problem - the wifi was strong, AC a relief and there was a good enough table to work at in my room.

Greedy amateurs / Amateurs rapaces

Arrivés à 19h, reçu par un (employé / voisin ?) ne parlant pas un mot d'anglais. Retour des proprios (diner en ville? spectacle?) à 23h et pendant tout ce temps et même après, refus de nous donner accès à la clim pourtant prévue dans la réservation sur Hotels.com.(sans parler du petit dej, du wifi qui ne marche pas et des lits jumeaux au lieu du double). Loin de tout, aucun intérêt de dormir là. Excuse répétée indéfiniment : "I got your reservation through Expedia", ça nous fait une belle jambe. Aucun professionnalisme, aucune bonne volonté. Je ne comprends pas le Lonely Planet qui le note en coup de coeur. Aucun intérêt d'avoir de jolis meubles en bois si la base du service est inexistante! Soyez prêts, vous n'êtes qu'une source de revenus, rien d'autre.
