The stay was really great. The staff was super helpful. We were travelling with a baby and they were understanding and accommodating to all our requests! The restaurant staff even played with her allowing us to eat. The food was really taste and the spread for breakfast and dinner was expansive and tasty irrespective of the type of cuisine. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Stayed at The Fern Kochi for one night before starting a 6-day trip through Kerala and it was a solid choice. The property has a cool vibe and feels a bit different from your typical hotel, which I liked. Some parts are a little dated, but everything was clean and worked well, so it didn’t take away from the stay. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, which made things easy, especially for a quick stopover. Food was ok, nothing over the top but definitely reliable enough for breakfast. There's a better option for dinner around the corner. One thing to keep in mind is that it’s a bit isolated and near the port area of the city..you’ll need a car to get around or into the main parts of Kochi. That said, it also makes it quieter and more relaxed. Overall, a good, easy stay and a nice way to kick off a longer trip through Kerala.

Das Hotel ist trotz seiner Jahre in gutem Zustand. Ich freut mich immer über den Pool und auch die Zimmer sind ansprechend und gut gepflegt. Fehlendes Duschgel und Shampoo in der schon Umkleide wären ein kleiner Hinweis.

Really nice boutique style hotel, lovely pool to relax by after day trips nearby. Made use of the small gym & occasionally ate at the hotel. Service overall good but slow at times & soundproofing in the room relatively non existent. Overall, a good stay at the hotel.

We stayed several days in this hotel and could not have had a more relaxing and comfortable stay, as the staff were well trained, friendly and helpful. You cannot walk straight out into the bustle of the historic area, but it is only a short rickshaw drive, or walk and ferry distance away, and quieter and more relaxed for that.

Comfortable, spacious rooms. The bed however was a bit small and the mattress needed changing. Good, safe location. The restaurant is the best part - I had 3 excellent meals for dinner. The chef made everything in an authentic style. Staff are also brilliantly trained. Ayush and Eldrin are very good at their jobs.
