“Excellent experience. Great hosts and great amenities. The kitchen had all I needed to cook a few meals. It was very clean and comfortable. I loved the local touches like books, games and restaurant recommendations. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Close to UT, but GPS does take you through a sketch street to get there- just be mindful of that! I would definitely stay here again!”

“My boyfriend and I ended our road trip here before heading home and it was the perfect ending to a long trip. The cabin was clean and cozy and had everything we needed to make meals and even games to play on a rainy afternoon. It was extremely peaceful and the hot tub was a nice touch especially with a view of the mountains. “We had a great stay, the property was perfect for us to stay at while we moved our daughter into the UTK. It was super clean, easy to access. I was a little suspicious of the area it is on the end of a transitional area but it was fine and had a security system. Very convenient to the University and restaurants ”

“This place was so cool because of all of the history associated with it. It is on the 4th floor of a historic building overlooking downtown Market Square. It was very spacious and clean, and the beds were real comfortable. I was able to easily reach the owner with any questions I had, and she was very accommodating.”

“Loved the location. Loved to balcony. Loved the beds & 3 baths. Disappointed the elevator was out of order as we were traveling with our 80 year old mom who has trouble walking and had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. One bedroom stayed pretty warm.”
