"Airport shuttle reliable - don’t be put off by the very long queues at 5am as the buses come frequently and the queue moved quite quickly. The room accommodated 3 adults (one on a sofa bed) and although it was a short layover allowing only a couple of hours sleep after relaxing in the hot springs spa bath for an hour, it was nice to lie down in complete darkness and I would probably just organise flights to allow more time at the hotel next time, including an extra visit to the baths or the hot stones option."

"The room was small, but we're talking about Japan. Smoking area was not satisfactory. Very small (cramped) and not cleaned regularly. Why place a storage cabinet in the room? To reduce the number of smokers? Staff was very helpful. Buffet breakfast was very good. Meal selection for dinner seemed limited."
