Last when I arrived at Haneda on an early morning flight and out of Haneda in the late evening, I was able to hop on the shuttle both way to and forth.But this time around the shuttle only drop off from hotel to the airport in the morning am and pick up passengers from airport to the hotel in afternoon and evening. Which means one would have to get to and from the airport on their own if you arrived early and departed late . However on the website it’s still indicated as ‘Free Airport Shuttle’ which did not indicate the time window of operation."
