"Great location in Kamakura that's near the train. There's plenty of food options nearby along with a small grocery store. Area is super quiet both during the day and night. Hostel staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. We stayed in a bunk room with bathroom & shower and you can tell the room was well used. Everything was very clean. Facilities in the common areas were well maintained (microwave and lounge space). Bunk bed was fine. I had the top bunk and it wasn't the easiest...

"Great hotel when we needed emergency accomodation for a night. Shuttle bus to airport was fantastic and seamless, but you can’t reserve seats so it can get busy during peak hours. Room was bigger than standard Japanese hotel room. Close to train station if you are walking with bags. The times we had to interact with the front desk the staff spoke good English and were very helpful."

"The parking valet, location, and view was excellent. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful. Both nights of my stay, my room key did not work. It took a while to resolve and I had blisters the second night from walking so much, making it extra annoying. They forgot I was staying a second night and forgot to warn me that the streets would be closed when I arrived."
