"The room was beautiful. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The public bath is very relaxing. The hotel provides samue (traditional Japanese unisex pants and top that can be worn to and from your room to the bath. They provide instructions in English for people who want to try it out, but don't know the public bath etiquette. There's a restaurant just down the street called Onari yoko-cho. The food is amazing! They have vegan options for ramen and sushi. The owners speak English fluently, one also speaks Spanish (and Japanese, of course!) Highly recommend voth this hotel and this restaurant. "

(2) Hospitality: The receptionist was so kind as to offer me a late check-out, given my evening flight, and to arrange the shuttle to the airport at my convenience. The next morning, the restaurant server helped me maximize my Accor membership benefits while keeping my budget in check. (3) Modern & sophisticated room design: smart lighting and rational amenities, just enough for what I need, yet saving space and investment for the hotel.(4) World-class Breakfast with hundreds of food courses from east to west. It's a nice surprise for the Mercure hotel brand. (5) It was a minus point that the Mercure Haneda Airport hotel did not offer Accor loyalty points, but I am on with Expedia’s keycast benefits."

"Everyone, including the reception staff, parking attendants, housekeepers, and store staff, are consistently courteous and professional. This is probably my fifth time staying here, and I’ve never been disappointed. The rooms are always very clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay again."

"Exceptional clean room. For me having a great hot shower with good force relaxation immediately. Shower heads not spraying water everywhere, just where you need water. Modern toilet with heated bidet. Beds with down comforter and Egyptian cotton with soft and firm pillows mattress with good firmness. Attention to detail was amazing, super friendly staff at reception. All with a smile. I realized this is what modern world should be. America is grossly falling behind. Tokyo as a whole is a clean and very safe city. Taxi from T3 at Haneda is 1,000 Yen. Just little far from Tokyo, if this is transit, high recommendation. "
