Oh my what a lovely hotel. The staff here was super friendly and close in age to my girlfriend and I. Everything was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. This hotel is also within walking distance of Kawasaki station and hundreds of local stores and restaurants. I'll still be thinking about how good the french toast breakfast was!

Everything was fantastic except….we had a room on the premium level. Floor 10. There is a lounge there that serves juice, tea and coffee with some sweet snacks. the unfortunate part about the lounge was, no food brought in or out. No drinks in or out. If you wanted to have a nice glass of wine at the end of the day it’s not possible. It’s such a missed opportunity what could be a great lounge!

Short walk from the train station, friendly staff, clean room. Breakfast buffet was also nice with good selection. Only minor negative about the double room, the area from front entrance of the room to the bed was very narrow so having 2 suitcases and a foldable stroller, it took a bit of work moving ...

Amazing location, close to the train station and shopping district. I didn’t use the on-site onsen, but did go to one down on the beach to watch the sunset. Stunning. Room was well worth the price and staff was friendly and helpful. I speak zero Japanese and got by just fine.
