The holiday home, modernised in 2016, is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, dining table), an open kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances), 2 bedrooms on the upper floor (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 upholstered loungers), bathroom with shower/WC on the ground floor, guest WC on the upper floor and central heating. W-LAN, a furnished terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, carport and bicycle storage are available. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption and final cleaning. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. One medium-sized dog is allowed in this property.



The holiday home is located separately on the owner's 800 m² residential property within a quiet and low-traffic residential area in the municipality of Bärenstein. Many hiking trails around the mountain Bärenstein, the dam Cranzahl and the Neudorfer Forst are within walking distance. Shopping facilities and public transport links to Annaberg-Buchholz or Oberwiesenthal can be reached in the village centre (5 minutes' walk). The border crossing to the Czech Republic is also just a few minutes' walk away. There are many interesting possibilities for your stay in the Erzgebirge around the village of Bärenstein. Countless hiking trails, museums and inns provide the right pastime. You can experience history in show mines, on the narrow-gauge railway with original steam locomotives or events on old crafts such as lace-making and carving. You can experience active cycling on the extensive cycle paths. Winter sports offer plenty of opportunities in the cold season, from cross-country skiing to downhill skiing, and not just in Bärenstein. On the Czech side, there is also good catering and opportunities for hiking, cycling and winter sports close to the border.
