"The place is super clean, well equipped and there are a lot of great spots to explore within the property. Totally worth the visit and especially if you need a Hogwarts school kind of experience , then you would love it. Would recommend it to everyone. "

"This property was very outdated, unappealing walk up which I’ll chalk up to winter, hallway roof stains, very worn out noisy uneven wooden floors, old rusted vents, bad lighting with old shower. I feel bad for writing this, but it was really unexpected. The beds were the newest things and were clean and slept well. The couch felt worn, living room table wasn’t clean and overall the place just didn’t feel clean. Some may think it’s vintage, but I wouldn’t recommend. Owner needs to update. "

"What a fun home! Spacious, yet cozy home in the heart of Buffalo. The kids had a great time in the game room while we were “snowed in” for a day. The bedrooms were great and the couch on the 2nd floor was big enough for two of our boys to crash on! We loved the clear egg chairs in the”sun room”. They were so great to sit and relax in while watching the snow fall. Would highly recommend this home to those visiting the are!"
