Severe health concerns at this resort, leaky roof, black mold, asbestos very little maintenance done unable to communicate with staff. Food was bad. Breakfast was to be included was not hotel transferred to be picked up and dropped off at airport. Did not happen. Would not recommend should not be classed as a 2 1/2 star more like a one.

We loved our stay at Bills. It's in a great position on the beach, our room was comfy with good amenities, the pool is nice and we loved the old thai style feel of the place. Yes the place is older and some building are delapidated, but post COVID we understand that it's been hard for places like this to get back on their feet. In saying that, for how cheap it was, I'd give it 10/10. We would definitely stay again.

Great pool, outdated dwelling

The room was clean. The property is outdated. Some buildings are empty and probably are not repairable. This spoils the view. The swimming pool is in very good condition and has very clean water. When on the ocean is windy and big waves, the pool is nice substitution. The lady on reception isn't friendly.

Originell gestaltete Bungalows und schöner Pool. Am Strand gibt es nur einige wenige Liegen ohne Sonnenschirm, allerdings konnten wir die Liegen/Sitzsäcke des Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft nutzen, so dass das kein Problem was. Das Resort liegt direkt am schönsten Strandabschnitt der Bucht.

Отель теряет свою привлекательность. Номера стареют и требуют ремонта. Завтраки перестали включать в стоимость, можно заказывать отдельно за 200 бат с человека, ресторан работает с 8-30 до 22-00. На лежаках у бассейна матрацы просто разваливаются от старости. Но персонал по прежднему бодр и дружелюбен, территория чистая и привлекательная.

Good place to stay

Very good place to stay with children. Beach is not far away and the city neither. The village is not brand new but is cute and very clean. Bungalows are like small thai houses. We had a cheap one and that was perfect, but the premium one is better. We stayed one happy week...

Schöne Anlage direkt am Strand

An sich eine schöne saubere Anlage direkt am Strand. Dieser Strandabschnitt ist, finde ich, der schönste am Lamai Beach. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Beachfront Bungalows. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Finally we had an okay stay!!

We booked 2 x2 bedroom (with connecting door). We got the one up the hill, next to the reception, without a view.. (the view was a big roof).. The balcony site was the garden site, where they kept their garden waste..! They were also reconstructing the rooms next door... After paying extra we got a nice newer room, very close to the swimming pool, restaurant and beach.. Much better. So finally we had a nice stay, but we had heard this comment before, so maybe hotels. Com has to write down in the reservations, there are new and old rooms.. The first few days we were almost the only ones in the resort so that made the situation extra confusing..also the whole resort needs some extra attention in maintenance. Some positives... If you have a room down under in the resort , you are very close to the quiet beach, but in a 15 minute walk on the beach, you are in the middle of the busy centre of Lamai.. The rooms were cleaned every day, with fresh water, new towels and beach towels.. Overall we had a nice stay but I would not book it again..

Fantastic beach family hotel

Fantastic stay . I kept extending for a total stay of 2 months Close to town but quiet, on the beach with a big pool and Jacuzzi. The real thai style bungalows with all modern amenities Thank you to the great team there
