不太理想的一次入住
靠路边的房子有马路噪音，每个周末旁边有家小店派对到深夜 非常吵，大喇叭音响。虽给调换了房间 但第一晚没休息好。酒店的欢乐时光基本就是幌子，只有很少的折扣。

We stayed at Buri Rasa two nights, it was a great experience.The stuff is nice,friendly,lovely, just like your own house.The location is on the Chaweng main street,that is very convenience. We joined their cocktail party,that is good! Before the cocktail party we already met other guests who stayed at the resort as well,so we have a great time with them at the party. Although the room type doesn't have pool or amazing view, but it was so comfy!!! Because of the service is gorgeous, our room was well cleaned,and all things were ready for you. If we come back koh Samui again, we will choose them! Highly recommend!

泰国7日游，前5天都在苏梅，其中前三天就是在BURI RASA，酒店位置非常好，位于渣文海滩，离文化中心很近；入住当天就是惊喜，床上的布置都是酒店精心准备的；酒店一共就30多间客房，员工的服务很细致，就连负责清洁的人员见到我们都是停下工作向我们打招呼；前台人员的服务更加周到，都是微笑服务，我们提出的要求也会尽量满足。在泰国待了8天7夜，共住了3家酒店，相比之下BURI RASA是服务最好，性价比最高的酒店，强烈推荐！

我們入住的這幾天.飯店剛好在裝修.略嫌吵雜.不過服務人員其實很親切.還有一個會講一點點中文的.它們的沙灘也很不錯.我們花了一個上午的時間待在那放空.房間的擺設.舒適度也很好!!位置就在查文大街上.就方便性而言.算是非常方便的了!!!

晚上确实有点吵
出阳台就看到酒店隔壁在装修，感觉很压抑。住了两晚，第一晚不知道是酒店里的还是街上的酒吧音响很吵，还是重低音的，睡的很不爽，但第二晚没听到。房间是挺漂亮的，卫生间很大，挺喜欢，酒店位置也不错，酒店对面卖小台灯的商铺有烟花卖，买了两支到酒店的海滩玩了，挺过瘾的，还有早餐不错，很多品种。

+飯店員工給我們非常好印象，親切且熱情！ 飯店就在海灘旁，隨時可享受沙灘。 這裡的員工真的另我印象深刻的令人感覺愉快。 -飯店硬體設備需要改善，隔音很差，晚上睡覺十無論是街上音樂聲或鄰房開關門聲令人感到煩躁。 若是以入住民宿的心態入住感覺ok但以飯店等級應該下次不會列入考慮。

We have a short trip of 2 nights there. The room was clean and decorating is amazed us. Overall our experience was excellent. Only one thing we need you to pay attention was sense of emergency and offering assistance to guests from reception staff. We have called to the hotel after checked out and ask if they can check with lost & found for mobile phone left in the room. Front desk staff took my call at 12.06 PM and asked me to calling back due to she was engaged with other guests, so instead of calling back I have asked her if she can call back when she can, then she said she will call in 20 mins and I gave her my contact number. 2 hours later no call from the hotel then I’ve called again. Khun Oranuch (if i can recall correctly) took my call then I have shared about lost & found, I was informed that staff has already checked and nothing found, then I asked her why no one inform us, I was very disappointed from what she said…the reason why she didn’t call back due to she was busy. She should handing better for this emergency thing as well as working in hospitality industry.

Das Hotel besteht aus schmucken Bungalows, die in einem tropische Gartenlandschaft eingebettet sind. die Betten der Bungalows sind sehr gut, die Zimmer geschmacksvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist von guter Qualität. Das Hotel liegt am südlichen Rand der Chawenng Beach. Es gibt keine Verbindung ins etwa 1km entfernte Zentrum. Ein Shuttledienst wäre von Vorteil..

Fabulous service
Had a wonderful stay at Buri Rasa Village. The rooms, arranged like little villas, are well appointed and spacious. The whole property is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The staff are all incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome - nothing was too much trouble and service was discreet and efficient. The breakfast is amazing - the best we have had in Thailand, with a great selection of Asian and Western dishes. I loved the freshly baked breads and interesting spreads which changed every day. They also make very good coffee! The only downside, if I had to give one, would be the noise from the neighbouring Muay Thai boxing stadium - though this is true for the whole of Chewang Beach and to be expected. Bring earplugs if you're especially sensitive to noise, and perhaps request a room closer to the beach. Other than this, it's absolutely perfect!

Good village style stay.
Very nice hotel, set out like a village. Almost everything was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good location. Nice breakfast. The beach is nice and pool area relaxing. Only down was the plunge pool was very dirty, asked for it to be cleaned but only cleaned the leaves from the surface.
