We really enjoyed our stay at MeliĆ” Koh Samui. The property is beautiful, with a great beachfront setting, lovely pools, and fantastic views that made the whole experience feel special. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional, and they genuinely made us feel well looked after throughout our stay. Our main feedback would be about the food and drinks. While the setting was lovely, we felt the quality, flavour, and value of the food and beverages could be better for a resort of this standard. Some dishes and drinks felt average for the price, and there is definitely room to improve the overall dining experience. That said, if you are prioritising a scenic, comfortable stay with excellent hospitality, MeliĆ” Koh Samui is a great choice. With a stronger food-and-beverage offering, it would easily be outstanding.

The hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. Beautiful rooms, nice beach, family friendly location, amazing pools and relaxing vibe. Everythings about the hotel has the wow factor. Very friendly and helpful staff! Stayed there for 2 weeks and can't wait to go back.

Some construction ongoing which we would have appreciated being informed about, however the staff more than made up for this with their excellent and very professional service. The facilities are excellent, spa is fantastic and the location is brilliant. I loved everything about this hotel. Itā€™s a beautiful beachfront property but also has a stunning pool with swim up rooms or little channels you can swim in. We upgraded to one of the boat suites and it was amazing. Well worth it! The staff are also very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel. Book it! You wonā€™t be disappointed.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful! The rooms were lovely and always clean. The pools are kept beautifully with amazing views and sitting areas at both pool areas. Would definitely return to this place in a heart beat. Felt like luxury without too large prices.
