Nice 2 bed an apartment. Good air con pool and tv. Better communication on check in and informing about electricity charges before booking but all round a nice place to stay. Great value. Comfortable bed.

Perfect little pad away from the chaos, a short walk to nearby shops, cafes and the beach. I enjoyed the outdoor amenities and the pool was great to relax in. The rooms were also great with functional air conditioning and comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

Subere, gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Die Zimmer sind suber, geräumig, gemütlich und praktisch ausgestattet. Der lnnenhof mit dem Pool ist ebenfalls sauber und einladend gestaltet. Man sollte sich schon einen Roller oder Wagen mieten um besser unterwegs zu sein und flexibel mehr entdecken zu können. Ich würde diese Unterkunft erneut buchen und empfehle diese weiter.

Perfect stay for families.

Our host johnny was great! He welcome us late at the evening after long trip. The home was as described. Swimming pool was fantastic and well maintained. All the equipment was in very good condition. The place is great for family stay. Also location is perfect but only is you have car/scooter. Otherwise you'd need to walk about 5min to get a taxi.

We are family with kids and drove to Koh Samui. This property offer 6 units but only 3 parking lots. We are force to park our 2 cars at open space about 2-3 minutes walk between coconut tree/grass and no lights. Though beach is 5-7 minutes walk away but we can't access to it since there are private property in front of the beach

The listing was completely off. It stated daily housekeeping, on the beach, with laundry facilities, no mention of extra charges may be incurred regarding electricity use etc. When we brought this to the attention of the property manager, they corrected the ‘daily housekeeping’ but the last I looked the rest remained. They offered us an extra clean after one week with no additional charge. We did not have water nor electricity one day as something had broken. We could not use the pool for about 1 week as the pump was broken. Another day the water and electricity was off again and that was due to the city’s broken connection. The good side is the property manager was quick to deal with each issue and very pleasant. However, our stay there was less than optimal as we don’t want to have these issues. The apartment itself was very nice and the cleaning people were good. The pool had a maintenance company 2 x per week. I worked remotely and the Wi-Fi was okay. The beach is down the road. You have to cross a highway, walk along the highway for a bit and then go through a fence that is slightly ajar, with a sign posted private property-keep out. That’s your entrance. So, definitely nowhere near directly on the beach. The beach was lovely though with sunbeds (old) to rent and food and drinks on offer to purchase. To get anywhere, you have to make your way down the highway for about 1 kilometer before you get a sidewalk. Not ideal without a scooter.

Rigtig lækkert sted med alle fornødenheder og en lille pool, som vores børn elskede at være i morgen til aften. Jeg har ikke noget dårligt at sige om Seahorse residens. Der var lidt problemer med en aircondition fra en anden bolig, der larmede om natten, og et gulvafløb i badet, som stoppede til med det samme, så der løb vand ud i badeværelset. Der stod på vores indtjekningspapir, at der var vaskemaskine, men det var der ikke, så vi købte laundry service andetsteds. Stedet ligger ikke på stranden, men lidt højt oppe af en stejl vej, og man skal krydse og gå ad en meget trafikeret og farlig vej uden fortov for at komme til stranden. Ikke så rart med børn. Stranden er til gengæld den bedste på øen. Gå igennem et halvt-lukket hegn med 'private' for at komme ned til stranden og køb et par strandsenge for 100 bath pr stol. Eller gå gennem Impiana og køb et par strandsenge inkl. drikkevarer for 500 bath pr stol. To lækre spisesteder lige ved siden af hotellet trækker vurderingen op, da man ellers skal have en bil/taxa/scooter for at komme ind til restauranter i Chaweng eller Lamai.
