Hello, first please allow me to say thank you very much for staying with us at Nikki Beach Koh Samui Resort and Spa. Thanks for the nice feedback about the location and views as well! It sounds like your culinary experience was not amazing and I truly apologize for that. The entire team is working very hard to make it right for everyone. Yes we indeed utilize fusilli pasta in our chicken noodle soup, we will be sure to note this on our menu in the future in hopes of limiting any confusion. I also apologize for any miscommunication about the menus. We generally get really good reviews regarding staff, service, and food quality. We also as managers go out of our way to put staff before us in all ways, we have a very loyal staff, many have been with us since we opened10 years ago, mostly because of the positive communication we have with one another. It really is a family atmosphere between all staff and managers here. As far as being charged for sparkling water this is standard practice in the industry, because of your attention to this we are looking at the way we present this product to the guest to make sure there is a mutual understanding that it is not a complimentary product. We sincerely hope that you can join us again in the future so we can insure your stay is 100% perfect, as it should be! Thanks again!
