This was one of the best, beautiful, and most relaxing places in my life, and I travel a lot. Amazingly quiet and green territory, clean and convenient beach, friendly staff, family relaxing format. Strongly recommend to those who want to find a perfect balance between the nature, the quiet, and facilities.

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt im Pinnacle Resort in Thailand. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal – wirklich lobenswert und stets hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Resorts ist sehr schön und sorgt für eine angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre. Insgesamt ist die Anlage perfekt, wenn man einfach mal abschalten und entspannen möchte. Beim Essen bzw. Restaurant gibt es allerdings noch Luft nach oben. Die Qualität und Auswahl haben uns leider nicht ganz überzeugt. Alles in allem ein schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt, vor allem dank des tollen Personals und der entspannten Atmosphäre.

„Die Anlage ist wunderschön und tropisch angelegt – die Wege durch den Palmen- und Blumengarten vermitteln echtes Dschungelflair. Auch die großen, geräumigen Zimmer und Bungalows sind sehr gepflegt, ebenso wie der engagierte Reinigungsservice. Leider lässt der Service am Empfang zu wünschen übrig: Ein Willkommensgetränk gab es nicht und die Koffer wurden nicht aufs Zimmer gebracht. Zudem wird sehr unflexibel auf den Uhrzeiten bestanden. Obwohl das Hotel kaum ausgebucht war, mussten wir trotz Vormittags-Ankunft bis 14:00 Uhr auf das Zimmer warten. Beim Check-out um 12:00 Uhr wird man dann konsequent weggeschickt – selbst bei einer Abreise erst am Abend und obwohl das Zimmer anscheinend nicht neu vergeben war. Diese Einbahnstraße beim Zeitmanagement ist leider enttäuschend.“

Excellent service from the staff and a perfect location next to the pier. We stayed here before our trip to Koh Tao and unfortunately forgot a few things in our room. However one of the staff members, named Sun, arranged delivery to Koh Tao for us. Such a kind gesture and warm hospitality. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Mae Nam.

Pour une nuit en transit

Petite maisonnette confortable et très propre sur un excellent site. Parfait pour un transit ou une petite vacance. Piscine et plage excellente et le buffet petit déjeuner varié et excellent. Super bon rapport qualité prix.
