We booked four rooms and paid for them several months in advance. And on the night we arrived, told us they only had two rooms available. We requested to cancel two of the four rooms we booked, but they refused. Then they drove half of our group to another hotel which is not even close. The other hotel was so noisy and the guests barely slept. We booked for a beach front hotel and they forced us to stay at a factory-like place. This is one of the worst hotel stays I can remember.

Very helpful and eager staff. Bath products are very low quality, so you’ll likely want to use/bring your own. Loved my little “Villa” room. AC could have been more effective.

I booked through Expedia, but nothing was said about the establishment being under renovation. I was awaken by construction noise and the pool was in the middle of the construction area. Nothing was offered as compensation for the noise and inconvenience. Other than this, it was a fine stay, everything important was clean, though the room wasn't completely (walls and curtains were severely stained.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht im dem Hotel. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt vielleicht etwas zu laut, da der Flughafen in unmittelbarer Nähe ist. Unser Zimmer war relativ alt, aber sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich!

Très bien
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Koh Samui, l’hôtel est magnifique avec une piscine qui donne sur la mer. La chambre était très bien, spacieuse et bien équipée, l’hôtel est bien localisé au calme. Juste faite attention car beaucoup de moustiques ! Le personnels étaient très accueillant et serviable, je recommande cette hôtel !

Wir haben nur eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft verbracht, da sie nahe am Flughafen gelegen ist und zugleich auch nah am Hafen um nach Ko Phangan zu fahren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer für eine Nacht absolut ausreichend und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es findet im schönen Café statt und man kann sich ein Gericht nach Wahl aussuchen.

This property is great for a quick one night stay before you hop over catch another flight. It’s right on the marina so swimming in the ocean is not ideal. Pool is alright. Nothing special. Just needs a lot of updating. Staff is friendly.

Kjempefint hotell med hjelpsomme folk i resepsjonen. Spurte omtrent daglig om hjelp til utflukter, scooter utleie og til og med hjelp om hvor vi skulle bo i neste by. Fikk alltid gode og hjelpsomme tilbakemeldinger. Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet på 5 netter.

Good location and helpful staff.
Good location. Very cute cafe with delicious food right out front and dive shop right behind the resort. There are no elevators so will have to carry your own bags potentially to the 3rd floor. There is a pool but doesn’t look very inviting.

Great one night stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Tiles in the pool are green which makes the water look green, but the water in the pool was actually clean and fresh. Right on beach, lots of shops nearby. 20min walk to temples and giant Buddha.

I was there only from late at night to early the next morning. But was shocked when a driver was there picking me up at the airport. How kind. The room felt like a honeymoon suit. Large, spacious and relaxing. I went for a midnight swim and heard the waves slapping the sand nearby. So relaxing. The staff were extremely nice.

Für eine Nacht ok aber ansonsten auch besser nicht. Unsere Deluxe Suite war leider wenig luxuriös und wenig sauber und es muffelte extrem nach Feuchtigkeit. Toll wiederum ist das Frühstück a la Card in dem Caffe welches anscheinend zum Hotel gehört.

Very convenient to Lomprayah Pier, Bangrak Pier and Samui airport. Clean hotel, quiet, nice room with warm water shower, working safe and friendly staff. My reservation included no hassle airport transfer and a welcome drink. Best and cheapest(?) meal in Thailand may be inconspicuous Big Sister Thai across the street. Wow good! Would stay again!

Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Unser gebuchtes Zimmer war kurzfristig nicht verfügbar (angeblich Doppelbuchung) und man hat uns deshalb in einer schlechteren Kategorie untergebracht. Das Zimmer war viel zu klein und das Bad dreckig. Keine Erstattung der Differenz zum 30% günstigeren/schlechteren Zimmer.

This property has a pool and views to the sea and pier. The staff are super friendly and happy to help. Great location. Good restaurants on site. Plenty of places to go out and eat and hire scooters to explore. We love Koh Samui.

Bed and pillows hard. Room facing noisy street. Resort did not appear to be full but when we asked if there was a quieter room we were told no. Beach has marinas on either side, so water not clean. Would not stay again or recommend.
